CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY FLUIDNATEK® eStretching™ Tools are designed for the fabrication of small particles and fibers (with diameters ranging from the micro to the nanoscale) as well as for the creation of thin film coatings. The FLUIDNATEK® tools rely on Bioinicia’s unique eStretching™ electrospraying and electrospinning technology that provides ultimate control and high-throughput processing.

CABINET CONDITIONING (GMP compliance) The conditions inside the cabinet can be controlled to meet the most demanding rcustomer equirements: relative humidity (from 5% to 95% RH), temperature (from 15ºC to 45ºC) and gas composition (i.e. inert conditions). Cleaniless can be ensured by the inclusion of HEPA filtration and UV-C germicidal lamps. FLUIDNATEK® tools are GMP certifiable, providing the cleanliness and sterility required to produce nanomaterials for the pharma, biomedical, food and cosmetic industries.

 HIGH THROUGHPUT FLUIDNATEK® Tools for Industry are designed to scale any of the eStretching processing techniques (eSpinning, eSpraying and multi-phase eStretching) from lab, through pilot line production, to industrial volume fabrication.
