John Cyril Greenfield, of Bowmanville, worked for the Corporation of the City of Oshawa for 40 years. Mr. Greenfield has been a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 32 years, a Service Officer and a Sergeant at Arms for 15 years, as well as a member of the Clarington Older Adult Association for 15 years. He is a life member with the Temple Lodge AF and AM No. 649 ERC, Oshawa, Ontario, where he has been a member for 56 years. Mr. Greenfield's community service includes volunteering at the Legion and the Adult Centre serving meals.

Linda Lee Collins Nominated as a member

Linda Lee Collins', ofMidhurst, spent 34 years in the teaching profession, 11 years in municipal office and 26 years as an owner and operator of a beef farm. She retired in 2001 as a school principal and then served as an elected public official in the Township of Springwater - 2 terms as Ward Councillor and the last 4 years as the Mayor. Her formal education includes a M.Ed. (Administration) from the University of Toronto, a B.A. (Economics) from Wilfred Laurier University and Supervisory Officers' Papers. Ms. Collins currently serves as Board Member on Simcoe County Children's Aid Society.

Deborah A. Sakaluk Nominated as a member

Deborah (Debbie) A. Sakaluk, of Espanola, was employed as a Manager with the Canadian Automobile Association North and East Ontario for 29 years. After retiring in 2010, Ms. Sakaluk felt an obligation to become more involved in town activities. Ms. Sakaluk's community involvement includes serving as Chair of the Espanola Citizen Group and as a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Terrance Richard Bender Nominated as a member

Terrance (Terry) Richard Bender, of Baltimore, retired in March 2012 as a Detective after serving 37.5 years with the Ontario Provincial Police. The last 14 years of his career, he was seconded to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) where he was tasked with maintaining the honesty and integrity of licenced gaming in the Province of Ontario. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors for the Cobourg Legion Village and has been for the past 5 years. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Alderville First Nations Women' s Shelter until he was transferred to the AGCO. He is also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for the past 36 years where he was on the executive and various committees.

Thomas A.E. Bird Nominated as a member

Thomas (Tom) A.E. Bird, of Lanark, is a Consultant for Scents Ability, a private Drug Detective Dog Service. Mr. Bird is a former Executive Intelligence Advisor with the Canada Border Services Agency, during which he possessed Top Secret Clearance and Special Access until his retirement. He is former Vice-Chair for the Lanark Highlands Township Police Services Board as well as former Vice-Chair for the Lanark Highlands Township Drug Strategy Committee. Mr. Bird's community involvement includes serving as Back up Sergeant-at-Arms at the Royal Canadian Legion Carleton Place.

Donna M. Hilsinger Nominated as a member

Donna M. Hilsinger, of Sault Ste. Marie, is the General Manager of Algoma's Water Tower Inn & Suites with JJ's Hospitality Limited. Mrs. Hilsinger's community involvement includes serving as President of the Algoma Arts Festival Association, as Secretary of the SSM Economic Development Corporation and a board member of the Children's Aid Society.

Dr. Daniel Hertzman, of London, is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry with Western University at the London Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Hertzman is a member of the Ontario Medical Association and a member of the Canadian Medical Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McGill University, a MD from the Universite de Montreal and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Robert Karrass, of Toronto, is a Partner at Morton Karrass LLP and an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law for Paralegals with George Brown College. Mr. Karrass is a former Articling Student with James Morton of Steinberg Morton Hope & Israel. His community involvement includes serving as a member of the Young Leadership Council for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and as a member of the Mosaic Lodge No. 559 where he participates in various charities and fundraisers. Mr. Karrass holds a Bachelor of Piano Performance degree from the Manhatten School of Music, a Master of Musicology degree from the University of Harford and a Juris Doctor degree from the Osgoode Hall Law School.

Dr. George Papatheodorou, of Toronto, is a Staff Psychiatrist with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health at the Early Psychosis Inpatient Unit/First Episode Clinic and an Assistant Professor with the University of Toronto. Dr. Papatheodorou is a former Clinical Chief of the Schizophrenia Program with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. His community involvement includes serving on the Physician Compensation Committee with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Dr. Papatheodorou holds a Clinical Fellowship in Adolescent Psychopharmacology from the University of Toronto and completed Medical School, a Rotating Internship and a Psychiatry Residency from McGill University.

Glenn Stuart, of Toronto, is a Principal with StuartLaw, which focuses on administrative law and civil litigation. Mr. Stuart is a former Clinic Director of the Community and Legal Aid Services Program with Osgoode Hall Law School. His community involvement includes serving as a member to the advisory committee for York University Centre for Education and Community and as a member of the Criminal Law Advisory Committee for Legal Aid Ontario. Mr. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University and was Called to the Bar of the Ontario Law Society of Upper Canada.

Jim Daley Nominated as a member

Jim Daley, of Kitchener, graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1979 with a degree in Honours Co-op Geography. Later that year he joined the Bank of Montreal. After a brief period in retail Branch Management he moved into Commercial Banking. Mr. Daley served in a number of Commercial Banking roles in several markets in Southern Ontario. He retired from BMO in November 2014 as the Senior Manager of Commercial Banking Support. Mr. Daley earned the CMA designation in 1990 and received the Fellowship (FCMA) in 2014. He also holds the Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation (2015) and The Audit Committee Certified (A.C.C.) designation (2013 ).

Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario

Ramesh Makhija Nominated as a member

Dr. Ramesh Makhija, of Peterborough, obtained his formal education; B.Sc. (1960), M.Sc. (1962) and Ph.D. (Chemistry 1966) from Lucknow University in India. He spent the next ten years pursuing his research interests and undergraduate teaching at various Canadian universities. Dr. Makhija started his own consulting/laboratory services company in 1982 and sold it in 2005. Dr. Makhija's company provides hands-on training to new graduates and students and he was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in Service/Retail in 1982. He is an adjunct Associate Professor of Trent University in the Department of Chemistry and has published over 3 8 peer-reviewed articles in international journals. His community involvement includes serving as Vice-Chair of the Peterborough Green Up and as a member of the Grant Review Team -Durham, Haliburton, Kawartha and Pine Ridge - Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Michel Schofield Nominated as a member

Michel Schofield, of Etobicoke, is a physician practicing in Mississauga and Toronto. Following a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, she graduated with a Master of Science in Pharmacology, also from the University of Toronto and with a Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University. Dr. Schofield is a member of the Ontario Medical Association and the Occupational and Environmental Medical Association of Canada.

Local Health Integration Network- Champlain Local Health Integration Network

Marie Biron Nominated as Vice-Chair

Marie Biron, of Ottawa, is a board member and chairs the Finance and Audit Committee of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network. Mme. Biron is a former elected school board trustee with the Conseil des ecoles catholiques du Centre-Est, including roles as chair and vice­chair. She also occupied the position of vice-chair of the Association franco-ontarienne des conseils scolaires catholiques. From 1982 to 2010, she worked for the Public Service of Canada in various senior positions related to communications. Mme. Biron provided consultation services on governance issues related to school boards with the Ontario Education Services Corporation from 2010-2012 and has also collaborated with Bonne Gouvernance, services­conseils et formation (BG) in 2013 and 2014. She has been chair of the Fondation des ecoles catholiques du Centre-Est since it was created in 2011 to help students who live in poverty. Mme. Biron studied Education (B.Ed.) and History (B.A) at the University of Ottawa.

Local Health Integration Network- North West Local Health Integration Network

Gilbert Labine Joseph Daniel Levesque Nominated as Vice-Chairs

Gilbert Labine, of Thunder Bay, was admitted to the bar in 1977 and is certified as a specialist in criminal litigation. He is cmTently a partner in the firm of Atwood Shaw Labine and an Associate Lawyer with Petrone, Hatherly and Associates, conducting a general practice in the fields of criminal, family and civil law. Mr. Labine is a member of Lakehead University Board of Governors and a former President and Director of the William Creighton Youth Services (Phase I offenders). He is also a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Thunder Bay Law Association and the Advocates' Society. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Queen's University.

Joseph Daniel (Dan) Levesque, of Gerald ton, has been a member of the North West Local Health Integration Network since 2011. Mr. Levesque has held various roles with the Ontario Provincial Police including staff sergeant, local ministry lead and level one incident commander. His community involvement includes serving as Chair of the Greenstone Victim Services, as a Board President of the Superior-Greenstone Association of Community Living and as a member of the Greenstone Committee of the Thunder Bay District Crime Stoppers Board. Mr. Levesque holds a Law and Security Administration Diploma from the Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Linda Gehrke Zeynep Onen Nominated as Vice-Chairs

Linda Gehrke, of Toronto, is a lawyer with a background in administrative law, adjudication, regulation, dispute resolution and education. Since 2008, Ms. Gehrke has served as Lobbyist Registrar for the City of Toronto. From 1998-2008, she served as a full-time Vice-Chair for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She has been active on the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals (past Vice-'Chair and Chair, Professional Development Committee) and Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators (SOAR). Currently she serves as Co- Chair of SOAR's 2015 Conference Planning Committee and as faculty for SOAR and Osgoode Professional Development decision-writing courses. She also is a member of the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws Awards Committee.

Zeynep Onen, of Toronto, is a lawyer with extensive experience in professional regulation, adjudication and mediation as well as administration in the public sector. Most recently Ms. Onen was the Executive Director of Professional Regulation with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director and Vice-Chair with the Workplace Insurance and Appeals Tribunal, and as an Arbitrator with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. She also practiced as an independent arbitrator and mediator. Ms. Onen is an active volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors of the Dorothy Ley Hospice, and she is also a member of the Education Committee of the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators.

His community involvement includes serving as a member of the Y outhdale Treatment Centre and as a member of the PRESTO sub-committee with Metrolinx.
