allowances must be taken into account
for expansion and contraction. Aluminium
expands at a rate of 0.0236mm/m per 1oC.
At a 40oC temperature range, the louvres will
expand approximately for:

The Rollformed Perforated Louvre Systems; Aeroscreen and Celoscreen, provide the user with
transparency to the view outside as well as efficient passive solar protection. The louvres can
be orientated vertically, horizontally and angled. Aeroscreen can be fixed or adjustable, whilst
the Celoscreen is a fixed system only.
As well, Hunter Douglas Commercial Framing Systems, which are pre-fabricated and available
upon request, offer the user a variety of frame types for flexibility of choice and application.
The Facade Beam design allows for easy self-alignment of the Celoscreen Stringer for quick
assembly and installation.
INSTALLATION
The Aeroscreen Louvre System is composed
of curved perforated aluminium louvres,
fixed to aluminium ribs inserted in extruded
aluminium tubes. It may be installed fixed or
adjustable and can be actuated manually or
motorised. The components and reduced weight enable
Aeroscreen to be installed on both plane
or curved surfaces, in vertical or inclined
positions.
FIXED:The fixed Aeroscreen Louvre
Support Structure has been designed to
accommodate any angle between 0oand
180o. The louvre angle can be set during
installation.
For the fixed Aeroscreen Louvre System
each louvre is fitted over the rib connectors
that are fitted onto the tube that is fixed inposition via the support brackets.
ADJUSTABLE:The adjustable Aeroscreen
Louvre System gives the user the option of
setting the louvres at any possible angle
from a fully open to a fully closed position at
any time.
With the use of a motorised system,
maximum convenience can be obtained
with an optional intelligent control system,
which automatically regulates the louvres
to the sun path. The high quality materials
ensures this system operates with minimummaintenance required.
If the motorised option is chosen the motor
can be installed and connected to the
driving rod to provide the required angle of
rotation of the louvres.
The Celoscreen Louvre System is composed
of curved perforated aluminium louvres,
installed using a clip-in system over a carrier
profile. Louvres can be installed horizontally,vertically or angled.
After the Celoscreen Stringers are installed,
fixing the louvre is simply a matter of
clipping it in place.
STEP 1 Locate the top Celoscreen Louvre
groove over the stringer.
STEP 2 Rotate the louvre down and press
firmly in the direction shown until
the louvre snaps into position.
Note: The louvre is symmetrical
in shape and does not require
orientation in any particular
direction.
STEP 3 To remove the louvre, push firmly
on the bottom edge (at the stringer)
to disconnect and rotate upwards.

The Rollformed Panel Louvre Systems; 84R, 70S, 132S provide the user with options of
varying the louvre spacing to suit any required sun angle and can be orientated vertically,
horizontally and angled. These are all fixed systems. As well, Hunter Douglas Commercial
Framing Systems, which are pre-fabricated and available upon request, offer the user a variety
of frame types for flexibility of choice and application. The Facade Beam design allows for
easy self-alignment of the 84R Stringer and 70S, 132S Louvre Brackets for quick assembly
and installation.

After the 84R Stringer (SL1, SL2, SL4, SL5) is
installed, fixing the louvre is simply a matter of

adjustable system consisting of louvres made of 0.8mm
thick roll-formed perforated aluminium, 300mm wide,
perforation #106 (16% open area), standard colour is
Natural Satin.
Fix mounting brackets and louvres at .mm
centres to achieve a . horizontal sun angle. The
louvres are fixed to aluminium ribs inserted in extruded
aluminium tubes. It shall be installed fixed / operable,
and shall be motorised using an actuator. It shall be
installed on plane / curved surfaces, in vertical / inclined
positions / as a zenith louvre.
The supporting framework is typically a Hunter Douglas
Commercial Framing System or other . The
louvre support structure is made of extruded aluminium
with extruded aluminium louvre fixing brackets
