•  V1  provides  remote  searches  to  Cassandra  v1.1+  using    –  Pycassa    –  CQL  v3  

•  Provides  an  overview  of  current  Ring,  Keyspaces  and  Column  Families  configuraNon  

•  Provides  a  single  place  to  view  all  Cassandra  logs  and  config  files  

•  Provides  ability  to  configure  connecNon  pools  to  specific  nodes  in  ring  for  Splunk  access  

•  V1.1  will  provide:  –  Role  based  access  integrated  with  

DSE  v3.0+  –  Provides  an  API  integraNon  with  

Opscenter  to  pull  all  metrics  into  Splunk  dashboard  

–  Ability  to  create  column  families  from  Splunk  UI  

•  Intend  to  release  this  in  Fall  13
