Dear Friends and Family, On behalf of entire Cedar Creek Inn Brea family, we would like to thank you for your support these past two months as we pivoted to take-away menus and curbside pickup – which we will continue to offer. But, we know you miss dining out, and we miss serving all of you! As we look forward to reopening the restaurant Thursday, May 28th at 11:30am, we want to assure you the health and safety of our guests and employees is our primary focus. With that in mind, in response to COVID-19 we have enhanced our already strict food safety guidelines and we are implementing the following additional measures to ensure we’re operating in a safe manner: Tables – We will operate with reduced capacities in the restaurant to allow for physical distancing. Table settings will not be preset; all silverware, glassware and napkins will be delivered as needed. Cleanliness – Industry leading cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean throughout the restaurant with particular attention paid to high-touch areas. Chairs will be wiped down after each guest leaves before resetting the table. Hand sanitizers will be placed throughout the restaurant for employee and guest us. Face Coverings & Gloves – Our team members will be wearing face coverings and gloves while servicing guests, as well as washing their hands in between changing out gloves.Employee Health Screening – All employees will have a temperature check with a no-touch infrared thermometer before their shifts and encouraged to stay home if they don’t feel well for any reason. *And, in these unprecedented times here’s how we’ll need your help to ensure the safety of our guests and employees: Reservations – Advanced reservations are recommended. Guest Health Screening – We ask if you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headache or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, to please cancel your reservation. Physical Distancing – All guests are asked to adhere to six-foot physical distancing and refrain from physical contact with staff and guests (no handshakes, fist bumps or hugs). Face Coverings – Face coverings are recommended when not eating or drinking. Please refrain from touching your eyes, nose and mouth while seated. Cedar Creek Inn Brea will continue to closely monitor government policy changes, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, government mandates and public health advancements to make changes as needed. Again, thank you for your continued support as we transition into safely reopening this week. We are accepting future reservations and look forward to welcoming you back!
