O U R STO RYThe Banff Yoga Festival is a collaboration of the Bow Valley’s health and wellness community. We are

one of the most authentic in Canada as we hand-pick our yoga and wellness experts from the area. We

program unlike any other.

Banff National Park's ties to well-being are deeply rooted. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Canada's

first national park is a wonder of the world and a vast landscape that attracts wide-eyed tourists from

all around.

Historically, the natural hot springs were said to be used by first nations people hundreds of years prior

for its healing properties. Today, Banff is world-renowned for its natural beauty, enabling visitors and

residents to remember what is truly vital to life; to pause, to reflect and to connect.

This is why those who make the journey to Banff often return several times. The Banff Yoga Festival

celebrated its first year in 2016. While we knew a yoga festival was what the community needed,

attendance exceeded our expectations.

advanced green technologies! All headliner events, yoga talks, the yoga market, and the vegan

concession can be found at the Fenlands Recreation Facility; a state of the art building featuring

stunning mountain views and LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environment Design) Designs. Our festival

will also take you into the mountains and significant historical spaces like Canada House Art Gallery,

the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, Dance For Joy Studio, and Rocky Mountain Yoga.
