Back up your persnal data on a hard drive,USB drive, DVD, or any other external media

Insert your windows operating installation disc

Press the function key required to access your BIOS setup

Navigate the Advanced Boot options by pressnig the navigational keys

Change and Exit the BIOS Press any key to boot from your windows

installation disc Select the command needed to begin the

setup If you have Windows 7, Windows Vista, and

Windows XP there are different setups you have to go by

Click on your operating system if you have more than one and is displayed in the system recovery options

Type format C’ at the command prompt Press Y to verify that you wish to erase all data on your C’ drive

Label the hard disk after it has been reformatted if you wish or leave it blank Press the Enter key

Insert the disk for the operating system if you wish to install if it is different from the previously installed operating system.

If you are installing the same operating system you’ve been using leave the current installation disc in the drive. Restart the computer

Press any key to boot from the disc. Follow the screen prompts to perform a Clean installation

Migrate your backed up personal files and data to the new operating system after you have finished the installation process.
