About the author.

Rick Riordan was born on the 5th of June 1964, in San Antonio, Texas. He also helped create the 39 clues series. He has two black cats and a golden Labrador mix. Likes to play guitar, swim, read, travel, and play video games with his kids (World of Warcraft or games on the wii). He lives in San Antonio with his wife and two sons.
