Course registration is the most important part of implementing your education plan. It is absolutely essential in attending class, receiving credit and graduating from APU. In order to ensure smooth progress through your education plan, please take utmost care when carrying out registration. For course registration and academic advising-related issues, please visit the Academic Office for support.

• APU does not authorize absences other than due to Infectious Diseases under any circumstances

• The procedure will differ depending on the cases.

In the event that you cannot attend classes due to unavoidable reasons, please inform your instructors. Each instructor will determine how to handle your absence in these cases.

Students may apply to transfer credits acquired prior to enrollment at APU in the following cases:

1. Students who have obtained credits from another university / junior college.

2. Students who have obtained credits as a part-time student at APU.

3. Applications are only accepted during their first semester at APU.

Deadline: Friday, December 8, 2017 at 16:30

Application for Credit Transfer

A maximum total of 60 credits of all types of credits may be transferred to APU. However, a maximum of 20 credits may be transferred to student’s own College Major Education Subjects. More than 20 credits can be approved when transferring credits to APM from universities with AACSB accreditation.

Tips on Credit Transfer for Studies Conducted at Other Universities

① Read through the 2017 Undergraduate Academic Handbook

② While checking the syllabus, consider the subjects you would like to take

③Timetable of 'Japanese Subject' and 'Introduction to Management' will be informed via 'Action Required' at the Campus terminal around September 28th .

④ On the empty time table sheet, schedule the subjects you want to take(make sure they sum up to 18 credits, not more than that)
