W e hesitate to use the word "mastery" because it has been rather maligned on Earth as the ultimate achievement within your complete I Am Presence. Mastery is a primary point

of integration, but an immense step for humankind. For the same reason, we hesitate to use the word "G od " because on this planet, Sanat Kumara has been forever referred to as God — certainly in all of your religious scriptures.

Only unto the Source of All That Is does the name God be­long, with all of the glory of Its divinity. He who knows only his Source and becomes this wondrous I Am, refusing all else, is wise indeed, for he knows unending joy and is master wherever he moves within his level of "ring passeth not." This is the key for the aspirant who wishes to attain mastery and beyond.

In this New Age, the discipline for the student will be in focus­ing and maintaining his attention primarily on the three higher chakras of his physical body. The heart/throat, the spiritual eye and the crown chakras are the areas for conscious consideration and attention, as these are the energy centers that will assist the individual in his or her growth. Only by transcending the lower chakras can one rise out of misery and limitation.

The crown chakra is the highest focus within the human body, and it is at this point that the silver cord of liquid white Light from the Creator enters with the five higher rays. When the mind is focused steadfastly upon this, the door of the soul opens and the pure white Light is able to enter the physical body. It encircles the waist just below the solar plexus, thereby cutting off forever the destructive activities of the animal nature in man. This allows the soul levels to come forth into their complete divine activity, united once more with the perfection of their Source, able then to eter­nally master all of human creation, including the discords of the Earth.

The sincere student should meditate often upon the white Light connecting with the chakras in his head, for this will illumi­nate, teach and elevate the outer mind. This is the Light of the God Within. Invite it and feel it filling your entire consciousness, body and world. This is "the Light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world," and there exists no human being who does not carry some of this divine Light within him.

Many individuals upon Earth are now rapidly awakening andfinding greater expression, as they are feeling the mighty surge of Light pouring out through them. If these beings will unflinchingly hold their attention upon the God-self within and accept and visualize the full activity of its di­vine radiance, they will surround themselves with the harmony of

the Light and thereby cut off the discordant outer world.As we have already discussed, the monitoring and control of

the feeling side of physical life is of utmost importance to you, the aspirant. Since thoughts can never become things until they are clothed in feeling, we cannot emphasize strongly enough the guarding of the emotional level and the quality of the thoughts projected into the atomic substance.

The individual who cannot or will not control his/her thoughts and feelings leaves himself in an extremely vulnerable position, with every door of his consciousness wide open to the disintegrat­ing activities of the thoughts and feelings of other personalities. It is through the lack of control of the emotions of mass conscious­ness that the destructive forces on this planet are not only created, but are able to influence the affairs of individuals and nations.

It Is Emotions that Manifest as RealityDestructive thoughts by themselves cannot express as actions

or events or become physical things unless they pass through the world of feeling, wherein they can unite with the physical atom and become manifest. So when the emotional level becomes irritated in any way, the finer substance in the atomic structure of the mind is shocked, disturbed and disarranged in exactly the same way that the human nervous system is shocked by a sudden loud noise, for example.

The Light is God 's way of creating and maintaining peace, order and perfection throughout His creation. Every one of hu­manity has the opportunity to enjoy all of these divine qualities when his desire is intense enough, and each one will be given all the time he needs to attain mastery. However, it is the intensity of the desire which will allow a new order of conditions in which to provide the time for those who earnestly wish to move forward.

No one is an exception to this law, for when the desire to do anything constructive becomes intense enough, the God-power releases the energy necessary to create and express what is de­sired. Every being has the same privilege of contact with the all-powerful Presence of God, which is the only power that ever has and ever will raise the personal self above the dark levels of discord and limitation.

Contrary to the belief of many, conscious mastery is not to be found in trance or hypnotic practices — these are very destructive and dangerous to the growth of the soul. The activity on Earth that so many New-Age followers fall prey to — the use of con­sciousness-altering drugs such as "ecstasy" or any other hallucino­gen — cannot assist one with his/her true inner connection, the I Am, Mahatma, and has no positive input in becoming Light.

The other area that should be mentioned in speaking of the psychic/astral studies that have come to be included under the

term of New Age is shamanism. This mischief-making deals with only the lower three chakras and psychic levels and often entails the use of drugs. These practices contain no divine Light whatso­ever, regardless of evidence to the contrary. Voodoo and many other categories of your psychic/lower astral levels convey only darkness and should be avoided.

Please understand thoroughly that the conscious control, mastery and use of the energies on the Earth should at all times be directed by your God-self, your inner self, with all outer faculties of both mind and body in harmony and cooperation with that inner guidance.

The Radiation of Gold Increases the Human Vibratory Rate

Raising the consciousness simply involves an increase in the rate of vibration of the atomic structure of both the mind and the physical body. Radiation is the important means by which the activity of the Light increases the vibratory rate to the desired level. At the higher rate, one uses the faculties of sight and hear­ing exactly as one did on the dense physical plane but in the new octave, or frequency, that he/she has expanded into.

This applies to all of the physical senses and is a process as normal and natural as tuning a radio to any desired wavelength. Sight, hearing and radio wavelengths are actually parts of the same activity. Sound contains color and color contains sound; so if human beings could become still enough in their ordinary Earthly experiences, they could hear color and see sound.

Within certain zones or octaves, vibration registers upon the nerves of the physical eyes or ears, resulting in what we call sight or hearing. Human senses are able to interpret the vibrations of a certain octave or frequency. However, through the increased ra­diation level of the ascended master, the atomic structure of the brain is able to vibrate more rapidly, allowing the senses to expand into the octave above that of the human level. This action can be expanded into higher octaves by the command of the inner or God-self of the individual and many people have had such experi­ences involuntarily — unconsciously.

One source of radiation on your Earth, of which humanity is generally not aware, is the metal that you call gold. Gold has been placed upon your planet for a variety of reasons, two of its most trivial and unimportant uses being for ornamentation and as a means of exchange. The higher purpose and activity of gold within and upon the Earth is the release of the inherent quality of its energy to purify, vitalize and balance the atomic structure of dense physicality.

The scientific community will one day discover that the prop­erties of gold bring the same effect to the Earth that radiators produce in your homes. It is one of the most important ways in which solar energy is supplied to the interior of the Earth and a balance of activity is maintained. As a conveyor of this energy, gold acts as a transformer to pass the Sun's life force into the physical substance of your world as well as to the life evolving upon it. Gold is sometimes called a precipitating Sun Ray be­cause it is actually the radiant, electronic energy of the Sun, acting in a lower octave. Its energy is of an extremely high vibratory rate in dense physicality, so it can only act upon the finer expressions through absorption.

In every Golden Age, this metal comes into plentiful supply and is commonly used by the people, enabling them to attain a much higher spiritual state. The gold is never hoarded but is widely distributed to the population which, in absorbing its purify­ing energy, is raised into greater relative perfection. This is the correct use of gold, and the individual who consciously under­stands and obeys this law may draw any amount of it to himself.

In one of the two Golden Ages that have taken place on this planet, civilization did achieve the state of relative perfection in

people's physical lives. Their daily experience was like that of a host of ascended masters, which is the condition in which God's children were meant to live. This transcendent, beautiful and per­fect experience is the natural state, and anything less is subnatural. There exists no supernatural condition in the universal levels; the transcendent, magnificent expressions of love and Light are the natural conditions in which God created and expected His Hu- man/God-man children to manifest, obeying his Law of Love.

That Golden Age of which we speak is much older than you can imagine — older than mankind believes the Earth to be. In that period, humanity lived in the transcended state, similar to that of the ascended masters. The condition of misery and limitation that has followed since that time came about because mankind chose to look away from its Source and the Law of Love as the means by which to live. When the children of God look away from love, they deliberately and consciously choose the state of chaos; and whosoever seeks to exist without love simply cannot survive for long anywhere in creation. Such efforts can bring only failure, misery and dissolution.

The Law of Love is eternal, irrevocable and magnificent; it is the Law of the Mighty One from which all else proceeds. Crea­tion exists so that the Source may have an expression in which to pour out Its infinite love and so express Itself in action. The vast­ness and brilliance of this mandate of eternity cannot be de­scribed in physical words.

It is love that will connect you with the higher, transcendent realms of life where Creation goes on continually in joy, in free­dom and in perfection. These realms are created of substance that is charged with love, and they are more real than anything you can imagine in your physical/universal levels. Because they are based upon love, the perfection of the higher realms is forever maintained and forever expanding in joy.

In the ignorance of the human senses, appetites and desires of the outer self, humanity perpetuates its condition of misery, ne­cessitating the cycle of physical incarnation over and over again. These human appetites are an accumulation of energy to which the personality gives certain qualities through his thoughts and feelings. This misqualified energy gathers momentum through hu­man expression and becomes what is known as a habit. Habit, therefore, is simply energy that is given a specific quality and focused for a time on one objective.

Love — the One Law of LifeThe sensual appetites of previous lives become the driving

forces and habits of the following lives, keeping humankind as slaves bound to the wheels of rebirth, discord and need. Man­kind's misconceptions will compel them to repeat the lifetimes of problems and limitation until they are ready to learn and obey the one law of life — love. The compelling activity of human experi­ence will continue until the individual's outer self asks the reason for its misery and comes to understand that its release from suffer­ing can only come from obedience to the Law of Love. Obedi­ence begins in the individual with feelings of calm, peace and kindness in the heart center, which are then expressed in all con­tact with the outer world.

Love is not an activity of the mind, but is the pure, luminous essence that creates the mind. This essence of the transforma­tional fire eternally pours itself into substance as relative perfec­tion in action and form. Love is perfection manifest; and it can only express itself unconditionally. As the heartbeat of the Crea­tor, love asks nothing for itself, because it is eternally self-creating. It is a constant outpouring of itself, concerned only with express­ing the plan of perfection. Love does not focus upon what has been created in the past, but receives its joy in the continual expression of itself in the eternal now.

Because love is the manifestation of perfection, it is incapable of perceiving anything but love. It alone is the basis of harmony and is the intended expression of all life energy. In the human experience, love grows into a desire to give; to give all of one's peace and harmony unto the rest of creation, as All That Is, through All That Is, your I Am Presence, Mahatma.

The G od Principle of life, the Father, has given to you, the cocreator level, the powerful tool of thought to be consciously used and directed according to your free will. Thought creates what we call vibration; and through vibration one can qualify the ever-flowing energy of creation with whatever one wishes to mani­fest in the world. Thought is the all-powerful, omnipresent intelli­gent energy that flows through your nervous system, the eternal life and vitality flowing through your veins. This divine intelli­gence, which uses everything in the cosmos constructively, comes only from within the God Principle.

All of the thoughts and feelings that reach the individual through the physical senses should be screened and tested through the Light of one's own God-flame, as the standard of perfection. And one can only qualify one's thoughts and feelings with perfection by going to the Source of perfection, for that quality and activity are found only within the God-flame of transformational fire.

The focus and meditation upon, and the communion with, the Divine Light of God within himself will enable the individual to main­tain perfect balance between his God-self and his outer, or personal, self. This pure life essence will also sustain youth and beauty in the etheric body. This is the great power that maintains the connection between the outer self and its divine Source, the God-self.

The God-self and the personal self are, of course, one — except when the outer activity of the mind, the sense consciousness, accepts imperfection, disharmony and incompleteness, or be­

lieves itself to be apart from the all-pervading One Presence of life. If the physical mind thinks itself to be separate from God, then that condition is automatically delivered to it, for what the sense consciousness thinks into its world, the world returns to it.

The moment a person thinks himself to be separate from God, he is making the assumption that his life, intelligence and power have a beginning and an end! When one allows an idea of sepa­ration from God or of imperfection to enter his mind, then the corresponding condition begins to express itself in his physical body and world. This then causes the individual to feel separate from his Source.

We tell you absolute truth when we say that there is only one Source of all good — God. If you are willing to consciously recog­nize, accept and maintain this truth with the acknowledgment of the outer mind, this will enable you to express perfect freedom and dominion over all things human, always connected to your God-self within, not a God somewhere else. Remembering and focusing on your God-self two or three times a day will not accom­plish this for you — you must recognize the divinity of you and your Creator all day long, no matter what the outer self is doing.

The recognition, conscious direction and constructive use of the God Force, maintained at all times, will lead you to that goal of relative perfection, mastery and dominion over all Earthly expres­sions, including the conscious control of all natural forces. Adher­ence to these simple instructions will enable you to completely erase all false beliefs; but as always, the speed with which you accomplish this depends upon how deeply, how continuously and persistently you connect with and feel your God-self.

To Achieve the Divine Connection, Still the EmotionsIn order to achieve and maintain your divine connection, a

stilling and harmonizing of the emotions is needed, no matter what environment you find yourself in; however, this does not mean a repression of discordant feelings. Such control is not eas­ily achieved in the Western world, since the temperament of most people tends to be emotional, sensitive and impulsive. Tremendous power is held in these characteristics, therefore they must be control­led, held in reserve, and released only through conscious direction for constructive purposes. Until this waste of energy is checked and controlled, the aspirant cannot make permanent progress.

When a person sincerely uses affirmation, he is actually bring­ing about a full acceptance of the truth of whatever he is affirm­ing. Affirmation is simply a tool used to focus the outer mind so deeply upon the truth that you are able to accept it fully in your feelings. Feeling is the actual God energy released, which mani­fests the truth that has been affirmed.

The continued use of affirmation will bring a person to the point where he attains such a deep realization of the truth in anything he affirms that he becomes no longer conscious of it's being an affirmation. He uses an affirmation, mantra or prayer because he desires something be made manifest; and right desire is the most powerful force to bring about manifestation. By the use of affirmation, the individual raises his outer self into the full acceptance of its truth and generates the feeling through which it becomes manifest. Manifestation comes about through deep concentration and acceptance which cause the spoken word to stimulate instantaneous activity.

In a past Golden Age, humanity manifested relative perfection and lived in what historians call the Garden of Eden, Eden, or E-Don, meaning "Divine Wisdom." However, the humans al­lowed their conscious attention — the outer activity of their minds — to become distracted by the world of the physical senses; thus the Divine Wisdom, the all-knowing activity of consciousness, be­came clouded and covered. As their connection to God and His

Divine Cosmic Plan became faded and lost, so did humanity's perfected condition and their conscious control over form.

As people became sense-conscious instead of God-conscious, they manifested that upon which their attention was directed. In deliberately and consciously turning away from the perfection and dominion that the Creator had bestowed upon them, they created their experiences of lack, of limitation and of discord of every kind. Mankind identified with a part instead of the whole and, naturally, imperfection was the result.

Misuse of Free Will Results in LimitationAll of humanity's limitation is the direct result of humanity's

misuse of the God-given attribute of free will. They unconsciously compel themselves to live within their own creations until their outer minds become ready and willing to consciously look back at their beginning - God, the Great Source of All That Is. When man can do this, when he chooses to look once more at the great cosmic blueprint of himself, he will remember that which he once was and can become again — the I Am Presence, Mahatma.

Many civilizations have come and gone, each falling prey to the illusion of the outer world. The ancient continent of M u is but one example of a civilization that grew to great heights over sev­eral thousands of years and then succumbed to a cataclysm that tore the surface of the continent until it collapsed within itself and sank beneath what is now the Pacific Ocean.

In January 1992, we — as the personality level, Brian — went to Mazatlan, Mexico, and spent one complete night witnessing with great clarity the destruction and subsequent resurrection of Mu off the coast of Mazatlan. The lands were shown as vivid red earth, much like Sedona, Arizona. This profound experience con­veyed one of constant change for all of creation — not static perfec­tion — and conveyed that Sanat Kumara, in order to balance his har­monies, would allow Mu, Atlantis and sections of Lemuria to resur­rect, responding to simple cause and effect (not as in good and evil).

Following the demise of Mu, the continent of Atlantis grew in wisdom, beauty and power, filling in the space between Central America and Europe with what is now known as the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlanteans achieved many great things, but the mis­use of the God energy overwhelmed them. As their world was thrown more and more out of balance, the destruction of the land and civilization through cataclysmic action was reexperienced.

A small remnant of Atlantis was left for a time, an island in the

middle of the ocean, cut off from close contact with the rest of the civilized world. The east and west portions of the continent had sunk, leaving only an island called Poseidonis. This area had been the heart of the then-known civilized world, and its inhabitants took steps to protect and preserve its most important activities. Their central focus became the carrying forth of the knowledge and work of Atlantis.

The population of Poseidonis made great achievements on both the spiritual and material levels. Because of their dedication, the Planetary Hierarchy revealed to them knowledge that would greatly advance every phase of their human activity. They were given the technology to create aircraft, for instance, much more sophisticated than those you are using today.

A large number of these people were conscious of the God power within the individual but, as before, the human side of their nature and the outer activities claimed their attention. The selfish­ness and misuse of the transcendent energy and wisdom rose to a greater height than ever before. The Hierarchy tried to warn this civilization that they were building another destructive momen­tum and that a third cataclysm was impending, but only a few — ones who truly served the Light — would listen. These dedicated few constructed buildings, using an indestructible material, in which they sealed and preserved valuable knowledge and records of the time, so they would not to be lost forever to mankind. These have been guarded over the centuries, to be used at a future time.

Unlike the lost civilizations of M u and Lemuria, Atlantis has not been forgotten during its rest beneath the Atlantic Ocean, under­going its process of purification. Its existence has been recorded in many ways, and even though twelve thousand years have elapsed since its destruction, humanity still speaks of Atlantis. You have all heard the legends, and many of you have recalled former lives spent there. Recently, of course, oceanographers have finally discovered physical evidence.

Great Light has come out of the land of Egypt in the past, and great Light will come again; however, in the meantime, Egypt has experienced her own rise and fall. The ancient Egyptians rose to their greatest height through the right use of knowledge and power, which always demands intellectual obedience and humil­ity to the God-self within and absolute, unconditional control of the lower human nature. The souls embodied in Egypt during its decline were generally more developed than those incarnating in the civilizations of the Gobi and Sahara deserts, so their misuse of

knowledge and power was a conscious choice. A great number of Egyptians placed priority upon their intellectual accomplish­ments, giving no thought to the control of the lower self; either of these two qualities will, of course, result in certain failure. The Romans were also unable to resist the temptation to misuse their power, and thus met with the same fate.

Full Expression of the Christ WithinThe arrival of Jesus and the Christ, Maitreya, was a twofold

initiation for the inhabitants of Earth and a cosmic command to use the power of divine, unconditional love in all of their future activities. The outpouring of his love to the Earth and humanity in their darkest cycle became the birth of the Christ Child in the individual. He called forth the divine cosmic blueprint once again and revealed to humanity the decree for the coming age — com­plete dominion over physical realms through the full expression of the Christ within every human being.

The Great World War, which lasted from 1914 to 1945, re­quired assistance from the ascended masters in order to dissolve the cause and the greater part of the accumulated momentum of humanity's conflict. The termination of this civilization was pre­vented when the masters — these perfected humans — consciously stepped down the God energy to focus and direct enormous rays of Light to the Earth and mankind. The transformational energy received is too tremendous to describe in finite terms, nor can humankind yet have any comprehension of the love, aid and serv­ice given to them by their elder brothers and their Source. Your discarnate teachers have also been aware for thousands of years that in the coming Golden Age, which is but dimly touching your horizon, when the Earth experiences the cause and effect created by mass consciousness, many changes will occur on her surface; as one example, a great portion of the land mass of North America will stand for a very long time, and a significant portion will not.

If humankind could only realize what tremendous possibilities

await them...waiting for people to turn away from the religions, creeds, cults, dogmas, "isms" and all else that limits and binds them. If they could turn their attention to the God Presence within their own hearts, they would connect with the power, the freedom and the Light that await them, dependent only upon their recognition and use of the great loving Presence that breathes through them at every moment. If they could only realize that their physical bodies are the temples of the living God, they could know what it means to love that wonderful part of self and could feel the Almighty Presence flowing through it. Humankind could then know and feel the reality of the God Presence as certainly as they know other people and things.

Humanity's perspective, that whatever cannot be perceived by the physical senses is merely illusion, is the absolute opposite of the perspective of your inner I Am Presence, Mahatma, which does not and cannot recognize mankind's creation of material "things" as being anything but illusory. Interesting, isn't it? But this is the dilemma of humanity being lost in the outer self!

Through the ages, those among humanity who have achieved the greater accomplishments in life have expressed the idea that "the Light is supreme, the Light is everywhere and in the Light exist all things." As far back as human art has been recorded, the great and wise ones of every age have been portrayed in a radiant, emanating halo of Light This Light is real — just as real as electric light is to humanity.

There is much truth in the expression "Many are called but few are chosen." All are constantly being called, but few are awake enough to realize the ecstasy and perfection within the God-self, so readily available through mastery, and to hear the voice in the Light, forever calling everyone back into "the Father's house," your soul levels. Every human being is free at any moment to "arise and go unto the Father," his God-self, if he will but turn his back on the outer world of the human senses and fix his attention upon the only Source within creation from which peace, happi­ness, abundance and perfection can come. *

BECOMING LIGHT

The time that has been heralded is now upon the starseeds of the Planet Earth. This is the most special time for so many Lightworkers within the galaxy and beyond. So many things have

been changing, which you need to prepare for these days, so many plans, so much love. The outpouring of help and commitment to the Earth and all her inhabitants has been unparalleled in the annals of time. Never before has there been or will there be such an event. The time of the ascension is here.

Many eons of time have passed and so many of you have been waiting patiently, searching for what you did not know, hop­ing for something, praying for your mission, feeling that something big was in your stars, searching for home and not entirely finding

it. Well, all your work and longing have not been in vain. Most of you on the planet at this time have a sense that something is happening. Some are more aware than others. That is all as it should be, for the awakening has been happening in waves. Even Planet Earth herself has been receiving magnetic pulses over time. Nothing too much all at once, for that would be too powerful and most devastating, for change of this magnitude has to be done with the utmost love and care if the basic makeup is to be protected.

The cells in your body have been undergoing a gentle infusion of new electromagnetic impulses for some time now. The struc­ture of energy exchange and energy transfer has been slowly re­wired, so to speak. The vibration of your entire being is shifting to
