We are in need of seasonal help with planting and harvesting small grains and row crops such as wheat, oats, corn, and beans. We spray our own crops and put up many acres of hay and also
chop silage. Employees will operate combines, rakes and discs. Employees will drive trucks, farm equipment and will perform infield repairs. Employees will also perform mechanical repairs to keep equipment running smoothly. Requires a CDL or equivalent or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire. The employer, Mr. Langager from Sisseton, SD will pay the adverse effect wage rate
of $13.59/hr. The employer guarantees ¾ of the workdays in the work contract. The work tools, supplies and equipment are provided without cost to the worker, if applicable.
Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the workday. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.
