Predisporre, dimen-sionandola in base allemisure dell'automa-zione, una piazzola incemento con annegatele zanche di ancoraggio(alla misura indicata)che permetteranno ilfissaggio del gruppo. Labase di fissaggio dovra'risultare perfettamentein bolla, pulita in tutte lesue estremita', con ilfiletto delle viticompletamente insuperfice.N.B.: Dalla stessadovranno emergere itubi flessibili per ilpassaggio dei cavi dicollegamento elettrico.- Unire la controbase ele due zanche con le vitie i dadi in dotazione.

Prepare a concrete baseof dimension suitable forthe size of the actuatingsystem.The anchor bolts shouldbe embedded in theconcrete in the positionsindicated; the drive unitis then attached to thisbots. The anchor platemust be perfectly level andabsolutly clean; the boltsthreads must be completlyexposed.N.B.: The flexible tubesfor the electrical wiringmust be embedded in thebase and protude in thecorrect position.- Using the hardwaresupplied with the unit, jointhe base to the twoclamps.

1) Colocar el motor-reductor en la posiciónpara el desbloqueo.2) Fijar la cremallera enla puerta metálica comose indica a continua-ción (fig. A).- Apoyar la cremalleraen el piñón motorre-ductor y deslizar ma-nualmente la puertametálica fijando lacremallera a lo largo desu entera longitud.- Finalizadas las opera-ciones para la fijacionde la cremallera, regularlos pies (por medio deun destornillador) demodo que se obtenga eljusto juego entre elpiñón y la cremallera (1-2 mm).N.B. Esto hace que elpeso de la puer tametálica no car guebobre el conjunto.

A).Placer la crémaillèresur le pignon motoré-ducteur et faire coulis-ser le portail manuel-lement en fixant lacrémaillère sur toute salongueur.Lorsque la fixation de lacrémaillère est termi-née régler les broches(en utilisant un tour-nevis) de façon àobtenir un jeu conve-nable (1-2 mm) dansl’assemblage dupignon et de lacrémaillère.N.B. Ceci pour éviterque le poids du por tailne repose sur legroupe .

1) Release the gearmotor;2) Attach the rack to thegate as described below:- position the rack on thepinion of the gearmotorand slide the gatemanually in order to attachthe rack along its entirelenght (see fig. A);- when the rack isattached to the gate,adjust the feet using ascrewdriver until the playbetween the pinion andthe rack is correct (1-2mm.).N.B. : This play ensuresthat the weight of the gatedoes not rest on the until.

Se la cremagliera é gia'fissata, procedere diret-tamente alla regola-zione dell'accoppia-mento pignone-crema-gliera.Eseguite tutte leregolazioni, fissare ilgruppo stringendo idadi di fissaggio.

If the rack is alreadyattached, proceed directlyto the adjustment of therack/pinion coupling.When the necessaryadjustment have beencompleted, fasten the unitin position by tighteningthe two anchor bolts.

Si la crémaillère estdéjà fixée, utiliser lesystème de réglagehauteur pour assem-bler correctement lepignon et la crémaillère.Exécuter tous lesréglages, fixer le groupeen serrant les deuxécrous de fixation.

Wenn diese Funktion aktiviertist, variiert das automatische Schließenfolgendermaßen:1)Dip 12 auf ON: Nach einem teilweisenÖffnen erfolgt das Schließen des Torunabhängig von der Einstellung desTrimmer TCA und der Stellung des Dip-Switch 1, und zwar nach einervorgegebenen Zeit von 8 Sekunden;2)Dip 12 auf OFF: Nach einemteilweisen Öffnen kann die Zeit für dasautomatische Schließen nur danneingestellt werden, wenn der Dip-Switch 1 auf ON steht;-Betriebszyklus-Anzeigeleuchte. DasLicht, das den Torbereich beleuchtet,bleibt vom Beginn des Öffnens bis zumvollständigen Schließen der Torflügeleingeschaltet (einschließlich Wartezeitfür automatisches Schließen). -Torbeleuchtung. Nachdem der Befehlzum Öffnen des Tors gegeben wordenist, bleibt das Licht, das den Manöver-bereich am Tor beleuchtet, für einevorgegebene Zeit von 5 Minuten und30 Sekunden eingeschaltet (E-EX),siehe S. 15;-Funktion “Bedienung vom Steuerpult”.Torbetrieb durch Druck-tasterbetätigung (Funkfernsteuerungausgeschlossen);-Vorblinken. Consente allacentralina di verificarel'efficenza deidispositivi di sicurezza(fotocellule) dopo ognicomando di apertura odi chiusura. B) Codificare il trasmettitore (**). Vedi relativo foglio istruzioni.

C) Memorizzare la codifica sulla scheda, nel seguente modo:

POUR UTILISER LA COMMANDE RADIO, IL FAUT:

C)Mémoriser le code sur la carte de la manière suivante:

-En maintenant appuyée la touche "CH1" et aprés que le led de signalisation s'est allumé, envoyer une commande avecla touche de l'émetteur: un bref clignotement du led signalera que la mémorisation a été exécutée. (fig.1).-Suivre la même procédure avec la touche "CH2" en l'associant avec une autre touche du emetteur (fig.2).CH1 = Canal pour obtenir la commande directe d'une fonction du boîtier du motoréducteur ( commande "uniquementouverture" / "ouverture-fermeture-inversion" ou "ouverte-stop-ferme-stop" en fonction de la sélection effectuée sur lesdip-switchs 2 et 3).CH2 = Canal pour obtenir la commande directe d'un dispositif accessoire branché sur B1-B2.Remarque : si, successivement, on veut changer le code des émetteur, il suffit de répéter la séquence décrite ci-dessus.

VOR EINSATZ DER FUNKFERNSTEUERUNG IST:

-Gehen Sie ebenso mit Taste CH2 vor und ordnen sie ihr eine andere Taste des Senders zu (Abb.2).

CH1 = Kanal für die Direktsteuerung einer Funktion des Getriebemotor-Schaltkastens (Steuerung "nur Öffnen" /"Öffnen-Schließen-Sicherheitsrücklauf" bzw. "Öffnen-Stp-Schließen-Stop", je nach über Dip-Switch 2 und 3ausgeführter Wahl).

CH2 = Kanal für Direktsteuerung eines über B1-B2 angeschlossenen Zubehörs.

Hinweis : bei eventuell erwünschter Sender codeänderung ist der beschriebene Vorgang zu wiederholen.

(*) Achtung! Schalten Sie unbedingt den Strom ab, bevor Sie die AF- Radiofrequenzkarte zum Einstecken oderherausnehmen.

PARA UTILIZAR EL MANDO A DISTANCIA ES PRECISO:

A) Introducir una tarjeta de radiofrecuencia AF (*), vedas tabla pág.13

C)Memorizar la codificación en la tarjeta de la siguiente manera:

-Manteniendo pulsada la tecla "CH1" y después del encendido del LED de señal con la tecla del transmisor: una breveluz parpadeante del LED señalará que la memorización ha sido efectuada (fig.1).-Efectuar el mismo procedimiento con la tecla "CH2" asociándola a otra tecla del transmisor (fig.2).CH1 = Canal para mando directo a una función de la central del motorreductor (mando "solo abre" / "abre-cierra-inversión" o "abre-stop-cierra-stop", según la selección efectuada en los dip-switch 2 y 3).CH2 = Canal para un mando directo a un dispositivo accesorio conectado en B1-B2.Nota : si posteriormente se quisiera cambiar el código de los propios transmisores, sólo hay que repetir la secuenciadescrita.

- Coordonnerle le sens de marche des motoreducteurs A et B en modifiantle sens de rotation dumoteur B (voir fin de course);- Fixer entre A et B le moteur master (ou pilote) en positionnant le dip-switch 14 sur ON sur la fichecommande. A entsprechend ausführen;- Kontrollieren Sie, daß alle Dip-Switch auf der Schalttafel des untergeordneten Motor auf OFF stehen,mit Ausnahme vom Dip 11, der auf ON stehen muß (4).

HINWEIS: Wenn die beiden gekoppelten Tore unterschiedlich graß sind, muß die Master-Funktion in dieSchalttafel der Motors eingesetzt werden, der am längeren Tor installiert ist.
