Buzzient OEM Program Steps

1. Initial discussion and assessment.

2a. Technology Introduction

• Online self-service/self-paced overview and intro

to Buzzient.

2b. Business Terms / Pricing Session

• Discussion with the Buzzient Partner team

covering terms of the OEM Program and pricing,

distribution and resale parameters.

2c. Technology Assessment Period

• 14-day period to evaluate Buzzient as an OEM

product.

• The Buzzient evaluation system will be hosted at

Amazon EC2.

3. Buzzient OEM Program Agreement signed

The Program Includes:

• Buzzient OEM version for installation in your

environment

• Right to distribute that OEM version to your

customers per terms of the agreement

• Documentation

• Educational materials

• Sales and marketing materials

System Requirements (not applicable for the hosted

Technology Assessment):

• Buzzient is a Linux-MySQL-Python stack.

o Each installation must download its own

open source packages (download/install

scripts included in the OEM Kit)

• Typical production Buzzient deployments will utilize

separate servers, however all tiers can run on fewer

(or a single) server.
