A Bi-‐National Economic Initiative
This initiative was researched, planned, and developed to merge existing and future functions that will help our region evolve into a true bi-‐national economy that can compete globally. This initiative is not overtaking any single entity – it is bringing talent, functions, and other assets under one roof. The PDNG and REDCo merger is just one component of the whole.
