1. For best results treat stains immediately. (We recommend using household gloves when handling Oxy Power Stain Remover).

2. Shake the handy trigger spray bottle well. Remove any solids or excess liquids from the cleaning area.

3. Generously apply the spray evenly and wait for 3-5 minutes. Don’t over-wet the area.

4. Gently blot the stain using a clean, damp, colour safe sponge or cloth. Ideally, work from the edge of the stain towards the centre, pressing hard.

5. Heavy stains may require more than one attempt. Allow carpets to dry between applications, and wash your hands after each use.

Directions for Use

1. For best results, pre-treat heavily soiled areas such as doorways with Rug Doctor High Traffic Foot Cleaner. Our Carpet Detergent can be used in all deep cleaning and hot water extraction carpet cleaners.

2. Before use, ensure the lid is fastened and gently shake carpet detergent.

3. Pour 150ml of Carpet Detergent into the red solution tank, found at the bottom of the machine.

4. Fill up the solution tank to the mesh filter, approximately half way. For woollen carpets, use lukewarm water.

5. For use with a Rug Doctor Wide Track, use 225ml of Carpet Detergent.

The Carpet Detergent is formulated with SpotBlok®, which works to keep your carpets looking clean and fresh for longer.

3. Shake bottle gently and mix formula with hand hot water according to the machine user guide. Use lukewarm water on wool/wool mix carpets.

5. For Rug Doctor Wide Track Machine, use 225ml.

6. Top halfway up the mesh filter with hot water.

7. For other leading deep cleaning carpet machines, use 100ml mixed with 6 litres of hot water.
