Urban Sketching is both a noun and a verb. The term describes a recent global community of professional, amateur and beginning artists who gather and share sketches created in streets, markets and at gatherings to celebratethe urban culture around the globe. Urban sketching is also about the sensual experience of a writing instrument across paper, in order to create a sketchbook full of memories. Urban sketching is a different way to experience our city. Remember, being loose means never needing to use an eraser!
