Each team includes 1 supervisor, 15 drivers, 1 mechanic, 1 operator, 2 back-up drivers (if needed).

Start winter on-call November 5th
Each team works 12hr shifts if needed
Switch at 7:30AM and / or 8:00PM
Respond to answering service from BCSO / PD

After hours, First flake, BCSO / PD needs to call main number, 513- 867-5744 for county roads
Don’t forget the twp crews, ODOT, cities

If forecast warrants, we will load trucks previous night, come in prior to storm and be on routes before snow falls

Please call the main number 513-867-5744 after hours and 513-785-4157 normal hours
Record of call, supervisors will be paged
Don’t call trucks off routes
Please help with traffic control if possible, if we are stuck in traffic we can’t help.
Continue to work with townships, remote salt pick-up
If truck breaks down or gets stuck in ditch we will notify townships, pull spare truck
