Breaking Weather News

Are you awake yet?

Do you like it snowy?

Do you like it cold?

Do you like it snowy and cold?

Would you like another

“November To Remember?”

Maybe this will wake you up?

Ok, now back to reality!

Record setting cold this week

Redmond, Oregon reached 10 F on Wednesday (10/26) which is a new record

low for this early in the season. The previous earliest date to reach 10 F had

been October 28th set in 1971.

The record minimum number of days to reach at least 60 degrees in a

calendar year at PDX (1940-2011) is 172 days set in 1950 & 1955. As of today,

PDX has reached 60 degrees or higher just 166 times so far in 2011.

Will we break the record?
