Managing Partner | Attorney at Law

Att. Terziyska is a Managing Partner at Prosperamo Legal. In

her professional career Polina Terziyska has gained solid and

highly profiled expertise in the fields of Corporate Law / M&A,

including legal due diligence of commercial companies and the

full range of legal proceedings in relation to transfer of shares

and reorganization.

Аtt. Terzyska, together with the team of Prosperamo Legal,

operates in the areas of Commercial and Contract Law,

providing to local and international businesses effective tailor-

made solutions and full support in achieving regulatory

compliance.

Along with that, Att. Terziyska. LL.M. advises her clients on

legal aspects of issues related to competition protection, data

protection, public procurement and taxation.

She has been involved in the development of international investment projects worth over € 1,5 bln in the

following industries: real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, gambling & entertainment and others.

In the field of personal data protection, Att. Terziyska has recently managed and successfully completed a

number of GDPR-compliance Projects for local entities and international companies, some of which operating

on the markets of more than 20 EU Member States.

Polina Terziyska graduated as Master of Laws (LL. M.) with high distinction, being among top ten in her class

in Sofia University. She continued to expand her professional knowledge by specialized postgraduate

programmes at the University of London and Leiden University. She is licensed to practice as an Attorney at

Law, as a member of Sofia Bar Association.

Adelina Hadjiyska LL.M. | Attorney at Law

Att. Adelina Hadjiyska is attorney at law, profiled in the fields of litigation and client representation in the course of

various range of notarial and administrative procedures, including in relation to the execution of real estate deals,

licensing etc. As a member of member of Sofia Bar Association, Adelina protects her client’s interest before all

court instances, providing highly professional, precise and time-effective legal help in complicated legal cases in

the scope of civil and administrative penal law.

Hristina Atanasova LL.M. | Attorney at Law

Hristina Atanasova is attorney at law, member of bar association. In her professional career Hristina has gained

years-long experience in civil and administrative litigation, being involved in trials of large scale in the scope of

insurance law, real estate and energetics. Hristina Atanasova is specialized in the full range of proceedings in

relation to debt collection, including client representation in the course of court trials for disputed debts, preceding

the practical enforcement of problematic receivables on national and international level.

John Alford LL.M. | Attorney at Law

Att. John Alford is an associated partner of Prosperamo Legal, operating in London, UK. John Alford is a lawyer

with more than 15 years’ experience. He has extensive experience advising industrial and commercial clients in

both regulated and non-regulated sectors including, for example, digital and financial entities. Att. John Alford

specializes in litigation and administrative proceedings. His outstanding knowledge of procedural law and norms

has provided him with the ability to guarantee our clients an outstanding level of service both with respect to matters

in litigation and case management strategy, as well as in the successful completion in various administrative

proceedings in the UK.

Kalina Tsvetkova, LL.M. | Legal Advisor

Kalina Tsvetkova specializes in the areas of personal data protection, commercial and contract law. She is currently

involved in ad hoc projects and ongoing legal support for companies, operating in the fields of construction,

international trade, e-commerce, digital marketing and web services. In the field of personal data protection, Kalina

Tsvetkova has successfully contributed to various GDPR-compliance projects for the medical and the tourist

industry. She continues to support our clients with legal advice and tailored solutions for achieving lawful and

secure data processing. After completing a specialized training in the area, Kalina is able to work with the full range

of EU and local data protection legislation acts and the relevant opinions and guidelines by the Article 29 Working

Party and EDPB.

Marin Dichev LL.M. | Attorney at Law

Before joining the team of Prosperamo Legal, Marin Dichev worked as legal advisor in leading Bulgarian banks

and leasing companies, acquiring experience in the areas of leasing and finance, contract and commercial law,

insolvency proceedings, real estate, collaterals and debt collection. Marin Dichev provides ongoing legal support

and broad range of legal services to companies with leading positions in major industries such as steel production,

agriculture, banking, construction and automotive. Mr. Dichev is Insolvency trustee admitted to practice by the

Bulgarian Ministry of Justice. He is licensed as assistant-private enforcement agent by the Bulgarian Chamber of

Private Enforcement Agents.

Iliyana Todorova | Legal Assistant

As a law student, Iliyana Todorova supports the team of Prosperamo Legal with theoretical legal research,

effectively contributing for the development of legal strategies, opinions and advice. Parallel to her university

studies, Iliyana specializes in various fields, such as immigration law, non-profit organizations and data protection.

Iliyana has completed a specialized traineeship in the Commission for Personal Data Protection and continues to

expand her knowledge in the field of GDPR by practically supporting the team of Prosperamo Legal in its current

projects.
