This class was considered part of my major and by far my favourite class. It was basically focused around learning how to be a manager and work with people from different cultures. We learned about techniques to work with people with different cultural backgrounds and how to utilize differences in the most beneficial way. The teacher was very passionate about the subject and I found it very interesting and very applicable to real world life, not only in the business world but also applying many aspects to study abroad.
