Always document what you know you will deliver
Confirm payment milestones clearly in terms of deliverables, documents, product, etc.
Never delay on giving invoices
Never delay on pushing on first advance whatever be the size of your organization

Depending on order sources get your office

Keep Government cost as an important cost
