    OPERATION & EXECUTION PLAN

    Manpower allocation :

    Dedicated Service Manager : 1 no

    Dedicated Cook : 2 nos.

    Dedicated Service staff : 4 nos.

    Work f low :

    Weekly purchase of raw material

    Material shall be stored in owned VC cooler.

    STEP 1

    As per projected qty , we shall process food using

    complete facility (utensils & other resources ) of Arcvac

    Our dedicated staff will handle entire flow of food

    supply chain including serving at companys (Arcvac)

    premises

    Payment terms Consolidated payment on salary date of every month.

    In some cases individual & misc. payment also accepted

    Payment mode DD / Fund transfer / Bank cheque

    Credit limit 30 days
