capitol by each of the four partners contributing $25,000. That will give us $100,000 and we will secure a 7(a) loan

guaranteed by the Small Business Administration for another $70,000. This money will be used during startup to pay for a proper facility, operating expenses, materials

and other startup related expenses.

to use and outside accounting firm to handle all of our financial tracking methods. The financials will be

reviewed by all of the founding partners of Double-E.
