1. GOLDEN HANDS company summaryGOLDEN HANDS ltd company of JAA is students enterprise of Technical Economical high
school of Tirana. It produces artistically fictile products. This company is established close to
SHTET, (Technical Economical high school of Tirana) and the company has all the necessary
supports by our school students furthermore it has an unexpected support by the students of other
schools or well which have approach and supported this unique idea. The main goal is to maintain
the values and the originality of handcrafts and the adoption of customers demands. In our country
these products are unique; this kind of business is set up in a specific profile which aims to
accomplish specific needs in the market. One of the factors that pushed us to set up this business was
the deficit of direct competitors and demands increasing for this product. One of the main reasonsthat affect our choice for this product was the loosing sight off of these products by the consumers
and this item has influenced in the reduction of manufacturers production.
2. Legal form of the Company
The legal form of the company is corporate association with 148 share-holders. This company is
under official policies of Junior Achievement Albania and rules which are emphatic in the signed
contract to JAA.

Company values, vision and mission make up the base of the operational procedures. The system of
the company values is made up of standards of ethic behavior which might be followed by all
members of the company. A good definition of these values will brought up a good support to built
successful strategies.
Here are some of the values to guide this enterprise: Preserve the originality of the production objects. Laborers creation work according to the determined standards. Particular evaluation of the labors contributions. Regularly contacts of potential customer. High standards of supply materials and respect of payment accordions . Promotion of high quality achieved. The Vice President of Public RelationHe is responsible to approve the product, before the company beginning to produce. Also he is
responsible to coordinate and develop a Business Plan and the Annual report, which are very
important documents which inform the public for the company.
The Vice President of FinanceHe is responsible for the Financial Plan, to budget and keeping records of financial Data as well as
monitoring of the company progress to reach the financial porpoise. Honesty keeping records of

and processing of the products with artistic clay products: Why we are different from the others isthe great participation of the students of our school as well as the students of other schools but the
mostly important thing is that we realize our costumers ideas through artistic clay base products. Thepotential clients of the company are the students of elementary and secondary schools as well as all
the inhabitants of our city because they need for something special in their house and in their work.
The best one is an art possession to cover empty spaces.
