• To capitalize much from the seminar data from rigorous calling and follow ups.

• School AND College presentations through Brian and Shashank Gupta.

• Regular workshops for LST candidates.• Network marketing through our current students

with the help of Sneharth.• More efforts is required in Colleges as

engineering colleges will be closed in December.

• MBA = 15 Admissions @15k= 2,25,000/-• LST= 20 Admissions @ 15k= 3,00,000/-• BANK PO = 30 Admissions @ 6k =1,80,000/-• Installments = 1,80,000/-• TOTAL = 8,85,000/-

• Business came from school visits and presentations.• Workshops and seminars are the effective medium

to crack the market leaving normal marketing aside.• Market is getting tougher and we need more

focused approach for marketing.• Tie ups play a fruitful roles in every market segment.• Good academics led to a better connection with the

students,

IMPROVEMENTS

• Academics will be the key factor in our survival so strong and consistent academic team is required.

• Bank PO has given us revenue only meager one but it has also goes against our reputation and degraded it ( Causes known).

• Definite needs are to be catered for Bank PO students like there is no marketing and computer faculties.

• GATE program should be launched as diversification is the need of an hour.

ACADEMIC PLAN

• We should take CMAT as a serious examination and ask for more help from CL HO.

• As discussed lectures in different fields of the study should happen to cater the different needs of the students for different examinations like SNAP, CMAT and XAT.

PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT

• Need to focus more on business as the pressure is lower now.

• Need to interact with the team members more and guide them for further course of actions.

• As a centre head; should involve more in CLA functions and take responsibility for the same.
