Innoivation and india
India as innovative hub had a fall of 10 positions and manage to get 76th po-
sition in global innovation index,2014. whereas, Switzerland continued to be
in 1st position for 4 consecutive years. It is strange that a country that pro-
duces as many engineers as the population of Switzerland, has that poor rat-
ing when it comes to innovation and research. Indians has a sadists approach
towards research and development. Indian education system emphasis on
mugging up things from text books rather than practical approach. lack of
creativity in the educational courses in India, is another prospective to be
dealt, if India want to become self reliant nation. India needs creative teach-
ers as well as creative curriculum, which gives space to think and develop
innovative thinking, that's the only way possible to create an innovate genera-
tion. Indian industries are not enthusiastic when it comes to innovation. they
find it eerier to copy technology from west, where as industries from devel-
oped nation has link up with research institutes which turns out to be gold
mine for them, when it comes to enthusiastic, young and creative profes-
sional. India doesn't lack in talent, but lack of recourses. usually, a new pro-
fessional who wants to start up a new company, gets entangled with laws. the
laws must be simplified to provide space for the new and young emerging
talent, Like Narayan Krishanmurti , who knows someday someone might
built another Infosys. make in India is a notable initiative from govt of India.
the students has most prominent role in building a innovative nation. they are
the architect of future and creative thinking enable them to built India they
want to live in. as Jawaharlal Nehru have said " as worlds sleeps India must
awake...". Students must ask an important question to themselves.
What I can give to this nation? What I can do for this motherland?

Lucid Dreaming: Control Your Dreams
Just imagine if you had the power to control your dreams while you are a sleep .You could have
every desired experience that is seemingly impossible in real life. You could fly and travel the world or
have all the superpowers you ever wanted or be a part of harry potter universe. The list is endless. But is
it really possible to control your dreams? The answer is, yes definitely. In fact, there are people in the
world who can control their dreams. But how is it possible? Well, all you got to do is, while you are
dreaming, know that you are dreaming. Once you are aware that you are in a dream, you have entered a
stage of dreaming called lucid dream, and with some practice you can even control it. But how to make
yourself aware? It’s quite simple if you are determined. All you got to do is, make a dream journal. Pen
down everything you remember in a dream everyday to help yourself remember every dream you have.
One day one of your dream will repeat (Yes it’s common but we tend to forget 95% of our dreams, only
this time journals will help you remember). Now after that every time just before you sleep, just replay
that dream again and again in your mind and one day you will experience the same dream again, and
this time your mind would know that it’s a dream and BAM sir you are lucid dreaming. But beware you
might wake up in excitement as happens commonly. Just stay calm and enjoy being the god of your own
created world of dream.
