remodelado Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes, con una capacidad para 57000 personas

sentadas, fue sede de la Copa América en 2011.

En el plano deportivo, Córdoba ocupa una de las tres fechas anuales de la máxima categoría

del Rally Mundial y también recibe al Rally Dakar.
