Exhibi%ng Op%ons

For most companies that are taking part in an exhibi, onfor the first ,me - or for those on a limited or reducedbudget, a Pop Up Banner withsome promo, onal literature inone of our budget sized spacesgives them a low costopportunity to promote theirproducts and services to visitorsand other exhibitors.

Other exhibitors needing a larger space can order theamount of space that is most suitable for theirpar, cular requirements and many shapes and sizes ofdisplay can be accommodated.

Depending on the event, exhibi,on spaces will either bespace only (i.e. simplyfloorspace) or shellscheme. Shell Scheme sitesare made up of connec+ng 1mwide panels which are velcrocompa+ble (so posters etc. canbe affixed directly) with afascia at the top which featuresthe stand number andCompany Name.

At events with shell scheme, a range of sizes areavailable but the most popular tends to be a 3m x 2mspace. This provides an exhibi,on space which is threemetres wide and two metres deep, and approximately2.4 metres high. One advantage with this op,on is thatsmaller companies can promote themselvesprofessionally even if they don’t have expensiveexhibi,on equipment.A table and two chairs are included with Shell Scheme packages, and spotlights and power sockets can be ordered as required.

At space only events, a 3m x 2m space also provides anexhibi,on space which is three metres wide and twometres deep, but simplyas floorspace (includingtable and chairs) whichprovides a lot of flexibilityin terms of the type ofdisplay equipment thatcan be used.

Event Marke%ng

We adopt a fairly comprehensive approach tomarke,ng the events which includes some or all ofthe following (some measures might be used for one eventand not another, other ac+vi+es might be added in as marke+ngand / or media opportuni+es present themselves)

Email Broadcas%ng - we have a database of over 10,000business contacts that have visited or exhibited at one of ourevents, or that we know from other ac,vi,es and we are inregular contact with them to keep them informed of upcomingevents and ac,vi,esPromo%onal Postcards - we print thousands of promo, onalpostcards and have them distributed through city centre outlets, business centres, industrial estates etc.Media Supporters - currently Elite Business Magazine is amedia supporter of our events and helps to promote themthrough their monthly na,onal business magazine, on theirwebsite etcExhibitors and Sponsors - we encourage exhibitors andsponsors to promote their a-endance at the events as widely aspossible and provide them with their own pdf version of thepromo, onal postcards which they can use to invite theircontacts. We also encourage them to use their social mediaac,vi,es as a way of promo,ng their involvement and we thencascade any of their posts out through our twi-er feeds, onFacebook, LinkedIn etcLocal Partners and Agencies - we work with a range ofagencies and organisa, ons (Chambers of Commerce, businesssupport bodies etc.) who help to promote the events to theirmembers and clients and contactsOnline ac%vi%es - as well as our own website, we put theevents on Eventbrite and we use Twi-er, Facebook and LinkedInon a regular basisLocal Press and Media - we get as much coverage aspossible by issuing regular press releases. news items andadverts through local newspapers, magazines and other localmedia channels
