Tell the values

• Rahim is very angry and destroying his family garden

• Rahim’ father is selling the flowers in the marketing by telling to the customer “in the name of Allah I am telling you this is a good quality flower and result of my hard work

• He make scarcity of flowers by hiding it and selling to the customer for high price if they gave.

• Rahim Lives in a society where all the people are treated equally

• Rahim lend money to different people in his organization and charge extra for the money while returning

• He know computer very well but he sends unwanted emails to friends

• His manager, is his uncle and he is getting the best salary

• Rahim’s mother is a very hard working lady• She teaches her children to do right action

only.

But Rahim will not listen to her

Drug and Alcohol Abuse

Consumption of drug and alcohol inside the organization is prohibited.

It is considered as an abusive behavior.

Corruption

• occurs when an officer in a company or a government employee acts in an official capacity for his own personal gain.

• Favoring of friends, relatives or others for personal benefit is a form of corruption.

Bribery

Bribery is •the improper use of money, gifts, and favors •in exchange for personal benefits.

A company should consistently ensure quality of products and services.

Some companies provide good quality products and services initially and when they are successful they reduce the quality which is unethical.

4. Employee theft

• is any stealing or• use or misuse of employer’s assets without

permission.

5. Discrimination in hiring and promotion

Sometimes companies discriminate •in hiring an applicant or •for promoting employees

on the basis of nationality, religion, etc.

6. Misuse of confidential information

Employees misuse confidential information.

They disclose such information to other employees, agents, dealers, suppliers and to other companies.

• Increased consumerism, rapid mechanization, excessive industrial production etc. deplete the environment.

• This causes several environmental hazards such as global warming, ozone layer depletion, soil contamination, etc.

• Abortion – Terminating a pregnancy before normal childbirth is called as abortion.

When an employee behaves inappropriately in the workplace, the company may charge him with employee misconduct.
