    Draft policy document to be created Policy defines & embeds the

    process into the organisation

    Identify interdependencies with key projects and programs within the PMOand create an understanding if none exist

    Map (MUD Map) touch points between core systems coveringdependencies and interdependencies

    Publish 1 st completed draft of the enterprise schedule to key stakeholders This might be the first time a high level view has ever been socialised tothem!
