Key Learnings

1. Ecosystem awareness:

We should see ourselves as part of the ecosystem and develop the ability to recognize our roles and behaviors in it—also through the eyes of other people and actors as well as from variousangles.

2. Understanding systemic options:

We should consciously reflect on ecosystems and have the ability to imagine what productive behaviors are possible for ourselves and for the whole ecosystem so as to change the value streams in a targeted way. We start with an MVE and extend it stepwise.

3. Managing of ecosystems:

Sharpen our ability to work with, on, and in the system, to integrate partners (co-creation) and create advantages for all actors.

4. Sustainable ecosystem intelligence:

Establish the capability of promoting and improving systems thinking and design thinking in this area in the long term and further developing the ecosystem in an agile way.

5. Leadership with business design ecosystems:

Build out the ability to integrate systems design into the culture of our organization and also to break existing rules consciously (black ocean).
