Capital Seven, LLC A Delaware headquartered company

WHO ARE THE OWNERS?

My name is Anthony Curtis and I am one of the owner’s of CAPITAL SEV-

EN, LLC. I have strong passion for assisting people with meeting their fi-

nancial goals. I have over 10 years of experience in banking and finance as

well as 4 years of experience with the United States Air Force. I am cur-

rently married with 3 children.

August 2004 - January 2007: I started this company in 2004 and conducted sales calls

which involved building a client base of investors to ensure profitability for my company. I

traded for clients and have extensive futures market knowledge which consisted of hedg-

ing, futures contracts, as wells as call and put option order trading. My trading approach

was through technically analyzing commodity price charts. I stopped this company after

the 2008 financial melt down and worked for Bank of America.

January 2001 - March 2004: In the Air Force, I learned to have honesty and integrity as

well as service before self in all I do. I learned to be attentive to detail and this has helped

me become who I am as a business owner today. During my tenure in the Air Force I

learned a lot about business and business structure as well as organizational manage-

ment. Once I left the military I decided to pursue the financial industry and take what I

learned in the Armed Forces and apply that in my civilian life.

Bank of America

Trader 7, Inc.

April 2007 - March 2014: I was a Mortgage and Investment Coach and served as a pri-

mary knowledge expert for the foreclosure, REO, short sale, deed and lieu as well as multi

property and underwriting divisions. I trained on the entire loss mitigation process within

different sectors of the mortgage department which managed a large portfolio of investor

loans. I served as a subject matter expert on all policies and procedures internally in the

bank and supported as an expert on regulatory laws outside of the bank. Partnered with

risk management to analyze credit information and restructured problem loans.

April 2002 - March 2014: Out of college I worked for Bank of America in the Private

Banking sector as well as the mortgage department. I was responsible for handling ac-

counts for business customers at the bank. I sold products and services to customers to

bring in more equity for the bank. I assisted with helping customers with their finances

and managed their money to increase their portfolio accounts. Most of my clients were

high-net-worth clients. I also transitioned to the mortgage portfolio within Bank of Ameri-

ca and assisted with REO loans, and foreclosures and designed strategies to decrease

portfolio losses for the bank.

Hi my name is James Crenshaw and I am also the owner at CAPITAL SEV-

EN, LLC. I enjoy teaching people and business and finance to enable all of

our clients to enjoy financial independence. I wanted to be in business for

myself and teach people how the credit as well as business system func-

tion so we all can get out the rat race of working a 9-5 job with no finan-

cial security. Let us help you today to secure your financial future.

September 1998 - March 2001: Here I studied Business Marketing and Finance and had

great times experiencing the college life and what I learned about business. After my expe-

rience at Bank of America I decided to go into business for myself and apply what I learned

during my tenure at Cincinnati State.

THE BUSINESS SYSTEM

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THE “BUSINESS SYSTEM?”

Just like any other system it the proper systems are not connected properly and functional then there is a higher

chance of that system failing. Many of us have dreams to start a business and make a lot of money but what they

don’t tell you is what is involved besides an idea and or a great product. There are technical aspects of the busi-

ness system that Capital Seven, LLC brings to our clients. We call those aspects sub-systems within the business

system. There are 4 main parts of the sub system that we focus on to get you moving in the right direction.

Proper Corporate Structuring and how to setup the corporate veil from personal lawsuit protection

Establishing corporate credit by strategically connecting you with the Dun & Bradstreet

Proper SCN/CPN or personal credit assistance to get business credit faster.

Business Education and Training on how to keep these aspects of the system functioning.

CORPORATE CREDIT BUILDING BUSINESS SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Your Business, LLC INITIAL COMPLIANCE OVERVIEW:

Legal Entity Creation

1.) Incorporate or form an LLC - The importance of structuring an incorporation is to remove you from being person-ally liable for

any debts and obligations the corporation will incur. There are other forms of corporations such as S-Corps and C-Corps but LLC’s

cost less to setup and are easier to run.

2. EIN number - We apply for this for you. The importance of this is to allow the IRS to track wages and other pay-ments from

your business. This is also helpful to establish a business bank account. (Remember we are setting up a separate entity outside of

your personally.

3. Open a separate business bank account– Keeps business expenses separate from personal expenses as wells as

makes it easier for an accountant to work with you. This also removes you from operating an LLC with a per-sonal bank account.

LLC’s cannot have a personal bank account attached to them. This also makes you look like a real and professional business.

You need the companies articles of organization, EIN or TIN number and the Secretary of State filing paperwork.

4. D-U-N-S Number (Data Universal Numbering System)- This number is used by the world’s most influential standard setting

organizations. This is a 9 digit identification number, for each physical location of your business. This is necessary in order to

begin applying for business credit. This is also a number you need when applying for a grants and small business administration

loans.

5. Business phone listing: 411 Listing is needed for bank lenders compliance requirements

6. Business Address - (We need this to be separate from your personal address because this is the address where the D-U-N-S

Number will be tied) The importance of this is because lenders will check the address on your applications against the US Postal

Service Database to verify if it is a residential address or a business address. About 80% of busi-ness lenders will decline “home

based” businesses.

7. Business phone line - (The phone number listed will be checked using the Federal Communications Commis-sion Database

to verify it is a business phone line or a cell or residentially registered number.

8. Personal Business Number: We can have a discussion about removing any bad credit you all may have.

9. Corporate Email Address: Again establishing separation between you personally and legitimizes your
