Job Description

Security Equipment Services is seeking a highly motivated team player to provide exceptional support of systems, tools and applications used by the business unit. Acting as the initial point of contact for technical issues, the candidate must perform effective trouble-shooting to analyze the situation and assist with resolution. The individual must exhibit a desire to work with internal customers, business partners, management, and peers to accomplish common goals. Job duties include maintenance of a Merchandising Access database, as well as processing job requests, building queries and reports, and generating packing slips/shipping labels. Support and maintenance of other tools includes multiple call tracking applications, Lotus Notes databases, and FaxPress. The team member will work with technology partners to draft business requirements and user specifications and must be able to develop test scripts, execute user acceptance testing, create training documents, conduct user training, identify reporting needs and assist with development of reports. Additional tasks include Vendor KPI reports, service areas, and invoice models. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the business unit website and sharepoint site. Other responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating maintenance and/or replacement of user equipment, process documentation, internal reports for management, and participation in BCP activities

Hours 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:0pm or 8:30am-4:30pm Telecommuting option available for a one position.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of IT-related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Able to effectively communicate with customers and provide good customer service. Demonstrates problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Has good knowledge of IT processes and technologies.

Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for details Ability to prioritize work 2+ years IT related experience 1+ years experience in Call Center environment Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient background in working with Access 2003 Efficient knowledge and ability to complete on demand reporting in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must have experience in support application upgrades-monitor and replacement of equipment Must be comfortable presenting and making suggestions to senior leaders Must have experience with monthly reporting. Answer vendor/customers questions, seeking updates/status to performance and functionality of systems and electronic interfaces, while escalating known issues according to established business unit SLA Working knowledge of the Wachovia or Wells Fargo systems and store processes and procedures Internal website maintenance-must be able to make changes to our internal website Must have experience with Sharepoint design and maintenance

Preferred Skills

Project Management experience Working knowledge of the common reconcilement environment Ability to create Macros BCP experience Commanding working knowledge of Magic, One Track, Wells Fargo In-Store Advertising, Oscar, and Order Tracking applications Familiar with operation of security equipment, i.e. alarms, surveillance equipment, vaults, safes, cash dispensers, under-counter steel, dye packs, track packs, access control systems Experience with processing customer service requests pertaining to security equipment, furniture, security locks, fire equipment, and merchandising
