Terms & ConditionsOffice HoursOffice hours are displayed at the front of the office. Hours do change according to the season. If you need to contact staff urgently, ring the phone number listed on the office hours’ sign.

Departure / Arrival times10am on the day of departure and 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave your sites / cabins clean and tidy.

VisitorsVisitors are welcome, but are expected to conform to the park guidelines. The site holder is responsible for the behaviour of their guests. Visitors staying overnight must pay the applicable fees at the office prior to their stay; otherwise fees will be applied to the site holder’s account.

VehiclesIn respect for the comfort of others staying at each of the Port Fairy Caravan Parks, we only allow one vehicle per booking unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Speed LimitThe speed limit throughout our caravan parks is walking pace. Please be alert as you are sharing the road with children and bikes.

ChildrenParents are responsible for their children at all times within the park. This includes the wearing of bike helmets and lights on bicycles after sunset. Please ensure that children do not go alone to the amenities and are supervised in the playground.

Persons under 18 years of age Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full length of their stay.

NoiseIn the interests of all guests enjoying their stay, we ask that excessive noise is ceased by 10pm. Drunkenness, loud parties and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Your booking will be immediately terminated, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Amenities BlocksPlease assist in keeping our amenities blocks clean for the enjoyment of all campers. Please leave them as you would like to find them and use the mop and bucket provided to wash out shower stalls after use.

SitesPlease keep clean and tidy at all times.

Waste WaterPlease use sullage hose or a bucket at all times. Buckets should be emptied directly into a gully trap. Please do not discharge into a storm water drain.

PowerTotal power usage per site is 15 amp. Please respect this limit and your fellow campers. Blackouts will occur if this limit is exceeded. Double adapters in powerheads and additional leads are not allowed.

Rubbish BinsHelp us be environmentally responsible! Please wrap garbage before placing into the bins. Please use the recycle bins for glass, cans, recyclable plastics and cardboard. Please dismantle boxes / squash cans before placing into the bin.

PetsWe are proud to be able to continue to allow pets to accompany their families on holidays. Pets are permitted at the caretaker’s discretion. Please ensure that pets are kept on a reasonable length leash and are controlled at all times. Dog faeces must be collected and placed in bins. Bags are available from the office for this purpose. Pets are not permitted in any of the Park buildings.

DamagesIf there are any damages caused to cabins, including, but not limited to; furniture, walls, floors or electrical equipment, we will charge the credit card details provided at the time of booking for the total amount to repair damages.

SmokingWe strictly prohibit smoking in the camp kitchens and toilet blocks. If you smoke in these areas there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee that will be charged to your credit card details provided at the time of booking.

Camp fires are not permittedWhilst we appreciate a camp fire can create a wonderful camping atmosphere, we ask you not to have fire of any kind on your camping site. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

SecurityPease don’t be offended if occasionally you are asked to identify yourself by management, staff or security. It takes time to get to know all Park patrons. Any problems may be reported to either the security on patrol, management at the office, or the police on 03 5599 2501.
