Welcome from the Principal A huge WELL DONE to all students who received awards at our Presentation Evening. A fabulous effort from staff especially Mrs Debbie Pritchard and Mrs Fran Doughty.

Principals Level was held on Thursday. Well done to all great role models who reached the level. We watched Toy Story 3 in our hall - all children were fed on chips and nuggets and took home a surprise pack. The water changed our plans but didn’t dampen our spirits!

Buildings - At the moment the handover for our new classroom will

be 23rd December, ready for next year. Staff will move in over the holidays. The

COLA’s should be up over the next 2 weeks. It has been a long project but I know it will only be a bonus for our school. Thank you for your patience.

Farewell to all of our school community.

I have loved working with your children over the last 6 years. It has been a privilege to get to know you

and develop many strong partnerships. Thank you for your

support. You will return in 2011 to a new Principal who I am sure can

count on your further support.

On Monday, the staff and students of the Unit hosted a Christmas lunch. We invited lots of people who have helped us during the year. There was plenty of yummy food to eat, bonbons, presents and lots of fun. Thank you to everyone who attended and a special thank you to Shirley, our tireless cleaner, who kindly gave each student a gift.

Dubbo RSLYC Physie A low cost exercise and dance sport for girls from 4 years to ladies developing strength, fitness and flexibility in a un and friendly environment. Dubbo Presbyterian Church would like to notify families that their Carols by Crackerlight this year will be held on Saturday December 18th at 7.30pm. Being aimed at young families, it goes only for an hour and ends with a free supper and fireworks. And yes, Ralph the Dog (who visited some schools this year) will be there! Christmas Art These Web 2 tools can be used to create designs, collages, images to add a personal touch to a Christmas Card or letter. Some of these tools do not have facility to save the image created. In this case use the camera in Notebook to capture the image onto a Notebook page, then use File-Export-Image (select jpeg as the file type) -save. The image can then be cropped using Picture Manager and inserted into Publisher or other programs to create cards etc.

Apollo Netball Club—Registration Day 2011 - Apollo Netball Club will be holding 2011 registration days on 6th & 12th February from 10am to 1pm at the Castlereagh Hotel, Talbragar St. Dubbo.
