Mums and Dads we need your help
In the mornings: Your children need to sit
down quietly with their friends, not play games
or stand with you. When it is time to go to
class they need to line up with their class and
walk with their teacher.
At assemblies: If you have little ones with
you can you please encourage them to sit
quietly in the chair next to you. Once the
assembly has started, if you need to talk to
someone can you please leave the hall to
have your conversation. Thank you for helping
Congratulations to our PSSA Netball
team who made it to the Semi Final,
Round 5 of the PSSA Knock outs.
This is a great result for these hard
working girls!
Congratulations to Bowral who have
made it through to the next round.

My Community Project - voting closes TODAY!
Thanks to everyone who has voted for Bungendore P&C’s projects as part of the NSW Government’s ‘My Community Project’ initiative. We’ve applied for funding to upgrade both the School Canteen and the Infants Playground. Voting closes at midnight on Thursday 15 August. Please spread the word amongst family, friends and neighbours and rally support to help our school community.
How to Vote
If you live in NSW and are 16 years or older, you'll be able to vote for the projects in the MONARO electorate.
To vote, you'll need:
1. a MyServiceNSW Account – if you do not have an account, sign up on the Service NSW website at www.service.nsw.gov.au or call 13 77 88
2. your Medicare card to verify your name and age
3. your NSW residential address to identify your electorate of MONARO.

Joke of the week
Why aren’t koalas considered actual bears?
They don’t meet the koalafications!

Parenting can be a tough gig - we all need some advice or reassurance sometimes. All BPS families have access to a free resource www.parenttv.com, which has loads of useful videos and articles. To create an account using our school subscription, go to www.parenttv.com/membership and use the code bungendore to gain access to all of the videos through our P&C’s subscription.
