The duct plate is clean with or rubs with metallic wool cloth Doffer is stripped if any continues bunches Checking the quality of wireand setting between the cylinder and dofferIf the bunches is continues then it is a machine problem. If the bunches are not continues then it is a cleaning problem i.e. operative not cleaning the detaching unit or the suction assembly it is not fitted above the stepped roller!.
