Statistics
• Students who reported being bullied at school: 37 %
• Students who bully others often: 17 %• Students who actually reported the bullying
to someone at school: 29%• 52 percent of students reported being cyber
bullied.

Student Code of Conduct
Local policy must prohibit bullying and harassment District employees must enforce these policies Code must provide, as appropriate for students at
each grade level, methods, including options, for:– (A) managing students in the classroom and on school
grounds;– (B) disciplining students; and– (C) preventing and intervening in student discipline
problems, including bullying, harassment, and making hit lists.
