molecular ruler, 100 bp EZ Load molecular ruler, and PCR samples containing a 280 bp

product. The gel was run at 100 V for 40 min in TAE buffer.

Routine broad-range separations. ReadyAgarose 1%, 20-well TAE gel. Repeated loading

of 100 bp, 500 bp, and 1 kb molecular rulers, and /HindIII digest. The gel was run at 75 V

for 80 min in TAE buffer.
