    Camp Update

    Camp set up will be on Sat 30th June at

    Camp location near Macroom.

    need about 15 women who can raise both arms above their heads and keep then there for about 10 minutes

    to help erect the kitchen tent around 3 p.m on the Saturday afternoon so it can be all ready for the food

    delivery at the crack of dawn on Monday morning. Come one, Come All - sure who needs Pride in Dublin

    when we have Camp in Cork like!

    F Word

    Tomorrows nights F Word event will be an active Irish Dance class (Eirerobics) so for a

    bit of a craic and introduction to Riverdance come along at 6.30 and join in the fun.

    OUT 4 DINNER

    Out 4 Dinner is now going to West Cork. If you are living down West Cork area and are interested inbecoming part of this group.

    By popular demand the Out 4group will be holding an evening in West Cork next Friday 15th June.

    Occupational First Aid

    There were 9 Distinctions and 1 Merit in our class of students who completed the

    Occupational First Aid Course last week so well done to every-one who

    participated in the course and Thanks to Valerie O Callaghan who facilitated.

    Cork Pride Workshop is on tomorrow night and theyre looking for volunteers who are in

    any way creative to help with the dragon for this years Pride Parade .

    It is on in Art link in Shandon St
