Any number of user client can be added andindividual /Group SMS can be sent to all theclients stored in the data base.

STEPS:

1.Add N users by entering the User Name andPassword.

2.Using the user name and password you canaccess & work the application .

It stores the details of Clients to whom the SMSes have to besent and also contact details could be maintained.Contact person number = Unique ID where in alternatescenarios messages can be sent either through Number orUnique ID.

STEPS:

1.Enter Address book ID , Person name and the numberof phone numbers available for a particular user.

2.According to the registered ID and user name the

details can me viewed as per the groups in which thedetails are said to be stored.

3.On clicking the specific grid or check box of thegroups, you can access the details of the Unique IDand the number of the stored recipients.

4.Can edit, add and delete the details of the storedreci ients.

Using Address Groups we can add N number of Groupnames with Group ID.

This will help the user to trace/find and Group Name =Group ID details.

The User can Add , Delete and Edit the Address groupsas per their needs.

STEPS:

1. Enter the details of Group ID and Group Name, a propergroup with Group ID/Name is created were the specificdetails can be stored/viewed.

2.A group can be created and Update/Delete/Addoperations can be done.

On Selecting a particular Group ID and GroupName specific details of Unique Group ID and Groupnames are displayed.

We can select any group and add list of contact

person into any group.

STEPS:

1.Select group ID and group Name to view thedetails of the specific ID and Group name.

2.Also on selecting any group, we can add thecontact person details to that group.

User can select the date ranges (from to)dates in amonth to derive the details of that particular period.User can select one particular user or many to replywith different messages to different users at the same

time.

STEPS :

1. Select the date ranges (from to) dates in the given

calendars, where you can get the details between thatperiod alone.

2. On clicking generate option the details are said togenerated for the details we have selected.

3. The generated details can be exported to an Ms Excel

containing the fields like Serial No , Mobile number,

Forward SMS will have the details of previous 15 days.

User can select any message and forward to any contact person.

Also a message can be sent to a mobile number on entering thedetails.

Messages can be one/two numbers or all numbers in the address

book.

STEPS:

1.Individual or Group messages can be forwarded to

either on selecting the group or entering the mobilenumbers with the field details like Serial No, Phonenumber, Message and Received Date.

An Excel sheet with mobile numbers with field details likeSerial No, Address Book ID, Mobile number and Messagescan be Exported to the SMS application and to thosemessages different messages can be sent at the same

time with remainder time/date set to a particularspecification.

STEPS:

1.Select Import option from the application to get the Ms

Excel details of Serial No, Address Book ID, Mobile numberand message.

2.On selecting the right time to Send the remaindertime /date the message can be sent to the recipients.

User can create Customized messages with filling in fieldsDescription, Keyword and Required columns.

STEPS:1.Fill in the field details as Description = Name, Keyword =N1 and Required columns = 4

2.Enter the four columns details like Column 1 = Name,

Column 2 = Age, Column 3 = Date of Birth and Column 4= Gender.

All custom messages received will be stored in theSMS Activity Log.

Refresh button gives the new updated details of

the SMS activity log.STEPS:

1.Activity gives the details of all In-coming messages andOut - going messages.

On selecting the date ranges (from to ) dates in monthyou can generate the received messages list with fieldslike Serial No , Mobile number, Address Book ID, Inmessage and Date Time.

pending messages.User can select any message from the list and stopsending the messages.

The generated report can be exported to the Excel

sheet.

1.Response report can be generated by the user byselecting the date ranges ( from to dates in a

generated by selecting the date ranges (from to) from the calendars and could be displayed.

The messages displayed gives us the details ofboth In-coming / Out-coming details such asReceived/Viewed and Pending/Sent/Failed.

generated on selecting the (from-to) date rangesfrom the calendar.

On selecting so the messages details of both In-coming/Out coming messages details are

counted and reported.Display/Export in Excel option is available toderive details from it.

/Sent/Failed messages details can be generated byselecting the date ranges (from-to) dates in thecalendar to get the specific details.

Either on selecting All option or custom option to

derive details of Pending/Received/Sent messages.
