• First of all we have to log into our account with our user in SafeCreative.org (http://www.safecreative.org)

• If we have not a previously created registry template, we need to create one from which we will be able to bulk register works from a specific type. We’llclic on our user name to access our profile.


• Down the bottom of our profile we have to activate the “Enable labs” checkbox. Notice that this bulk registry system is under testing. Tell us any problem you might experience. Push “update” afterwards.


•Once we have the “labs” feature enabled, we have to go to the “Registry Templates” tab.


• Here will appear all our templates we have created. To create a new one we have to clic on “New Template”. Once created we will be able to use it for as many times as we please for the specific type of works and license.


• We have to type all the requested data, beeing specially careful selecting the right type of works we intend to register with this specific template.


• We finish the data request input by choosing the default license.


•Ready! Now we can start using the bulk register profile to register several works at a time. To do so we have to clic on “Bulk Register Profile” on the right of the choosed profile.


• A new browser window will open, and sometimes it will ask us to trust the certificate. We’ll say “yes” to this request when asked for.


•Once the new window is ready, it will tell us to add or drop the files to register inside it. To do so we either open a file browser and “drop” the selected files to the window, or clic on down on the bottom right of this window to select the files to upload.


• The system will start to upload a copy of the works to our secure servers at SafeCreative.org right away.


• And that’s about all. Once all the works have been uploaded, we can go to our registry main veiw and see our works. To check the details all we have to do is to clic on “View”. If any change is required we can edit the registry.


• Since this bulk register is a lab feature, it’s and experimental evolving procedure and therefore might have small bugs. Verify that everything is ok. In case of any problem do not hesitate to contact and ask us through our contact form.
