    1. There is a plot ratio restriction in doing a development in the study area2. This area become as black area that encourage crime and social problem.

    Preservation guidelines - to control the development or

    appearance of building in the city centre of Malacca

    from other areas.

    Proposed plan ofKg Bukit Cina developed in order to

    clarify vision, mission and values to assist in the effort todevelop a stronger identity.

    Serve as a tool to guide the state government, local

    authorities and the local community for the area

    immense resources for a small community.

    Kg Bukit Cina being identify to become community-friendly

    perspective, safe and healthy environment, and recreationalactivities as the most important attributes of this area.

    The potential strength of any community can be measured by the

    belief in its goals for the future.

    This has to be worked together to establish objectives to be

    Tourism Bandar Hilir has become a hot spot for tourists, and

    Kg Bukit Cina is working to identify itself as a destination point.

    Community Park The area will be planted over 100 trees, Public

    Square, playground equipment and restrooms will be installed by

    2012.

    Main Street Renovation - To attract new business and maintain

    their existing businesses, Kg Bukit Cina has started a Main Street

    Renovation Project.

    Recommendations

    The following recommendations are made for ensuring the goals

    and objectives as outlined in the Kg Bukit Cina Strategic Plan areachieved.

    - Increase community awareness of the importance of planning

    and implementation of the Kg Bukit Cinas short-term and

    long-term goals.

    - Ensure that information and education, regarding federal,

    state and local incentive programs, are communicated

    at all possible levels so that all who live in Kg Bukit Cina mayhave the same opportunities.
