• Early 2014 – RTC involving ‘Maxi-taxi’ – 14 fatalities

• May 2014 – identified by CPESS as priority. Received Volvo appliance, RTC gear with full training

• May – Oct 2014 – 3 serious RTCs, 13 casualties: 3 dead on arrival, 3 walking wounded, 7 extrications, 7 survivors
