RAISED FLOOR Running the mechanicals under the raised floor allowed the designers to keep the vaulted ceilings unencumbered and dramatic. STAGGERED JOINTS The staggered joints on the metal panels provide an intricacy that breaks up the façade, especially on long runs. VARIED FAÇADE Slate, metal and cedar present different textures and palette variations that make the façade more nuanced.
