BUILDING HOPE: Strategies and Recommendations for Health

Guarantee the right to health of all Salvadorans through a National Health System that steadily strengthens public and effectively regulates its private segments, and provides access to health promotion, prevention, care, and rehabilitation, and a healthy, safe environment.

It will be equity-based and also based in Primary Health Care strategy. (Equity, Social Justice, intersectoral work, Social Participation)
