YOU’LL NEED: F 3 x 2 timber F Mitre Saw, Circular Saw or Hand Saw F Sandpaper STEPS: 1. Using a hand saw or drop saw cut the framing timber in equal lengths (280mm long) to get 48 pieces of wooden blocks. This step should be done by adults. 2. Sand off the edges, this will be fun for the kids to do. 3. Play a game of building blocks together! All projects should be carried out under competent adult supervision and using appropriate equipment. This is a fun and easy project for the kids to do using materials that can be found at home. BUILDING BLOCKS GAME Tip: To play, build a tower of blocks. Then take turns removing one block at a time and place that block on top of the tower. The game will end when the tower falls apart.
