In response to the UDP’s Comments, the design team removed one module from the upper 2 level townhomes and re-centered the massing, to optimize the separation between existing towers and the new structure. The form of the low-rise was also simplified by more expressed individual roofs and a more consistent second floor landscape treatment. The new scheme retains its sawtooth character which links its form to the original parking structure it replaces.
