BUILD A GLOBALLY-MINDED CHURCH COMMUNITYWhen your church partners with Food for the Hungry, you’ll have the opportunity to sponsor impoverished children and take short-term teams to visit their community. We provide an experience that will transform your team members, as well as the community they serve.

FREE CURRICULUMTo help educate your church on working with the poor, all church partners receive our complimentary biblically-based curriculum called Poverty Unlocked, for large and small groups. Other resources include promotional materials for child sponsorship.

GOING TO THE FIELDYour congregation can choose children from 16 countries or a specific country to impact as a church. When your church reaches 50 child sponsorships, we’ll invite you to plan a short-term team trip to one of our fields.

After your first 50 sponsorships and first short-term team trip, we’ll invite you to take another short-term team trip for each year that your church registers at least 25 new sponsorships.

FREE TRIP FOR PASTORFor every 50 new sponsorships registered through your church,

we’ll send your pastor or another team member of your choice for free. Please ask your church representative for complete details about this offer.

COMMUNITY-TO-COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPSOur deepest level of commitment is the community-to-community (C2C) relationship. C2C churches partner with a specific region in a vulnerable country and impact local communities through child sponsorship, prayer, short-term teams and special projects. These partnerships meet the sponsorship requirements mentioned above and have a typical commitment of at least five years.
