The Bar-BQ Buffet - $13/person A combination of chicken and pork from our own smoke pit served with potato rolls, a duet of BBQ sauces, smokehouse baked beans, sweet pepper slaw, blended red skinned potato salad and Cobbett’s corn bread with whipped honey butter

Ale House Buffet - $12/person Choose two of the following: Brats, hamburgers, or hot dogs. Your choice of baked beans or pasta salad. Also includes chips, assorted cookies and appropriate condiments.

South of the Border Buffet - $13 Build your own fajita bar. Choose between grilled chicken or steak with mixed red and green peppers and onions in a tequila-lime sauce. Served with flour tortillas and fresh tortilla chips and fire roasted salsa. (Enjoy both chicken and steak for an additional $2 per person.)

Graystone Broasted Chicken Buffet - $13 Our fresh, made to order, pressure-fried chicken. Includes white and dark meat, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, coleslaw and Schubert roll. (Add choice of sirloin tips for $2 per person)

Pasta Buffet - $13 Choose one of the following pastas: linguini, spaghetti or penne. Your choice of alfredo or marinara and choose between chicken, Andouille sausage, meatballs, or vegetarian. (Shrimp is an option for an additional $2 per person; choose two meat options for an additional $2 per person) Pasta buffet includes salad bar and garlic toast.

Pizza and Wing Buffet - $12 Enjoy a variety of two-topping homemade pizzas and up to three flavors of our famous traditional chicken wings, with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. Salad bar available for an additional $2 per person. Specialty pizzas available for an additional cost. Buffet Add-ons:
